The paper taking the environmental load material produced by pyrolysis gasification as the research object,analyzes during the pyrolysis process,the effects of different temperature,oxygen content and catalyst on the migration of heavy metals,Cd,Cr,Pb,Cu,Zn,and the production of gas sulfides and phenolic compounds.We summarized the optimum experimental conditions of the formation of the heavy metals in the residue,the sulfide and phenol,evaluated if the pollution degree of the three environmental loads meets the national environmental quality standards.Research shows:Both the increasing of the temperature and the addition of oxygen were decreased the Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Zn the residual mass fraction of the heavy metals.The catalyst made the heavy metals shifting from tar to syngas,and the effect of different catalysts on the migration of heavy metals were different.The contents of Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu and Zn in the residues are in line with the national environmental quality standards.The concentration of SO2 and H2S during gasification were higher than those of in pyrolysis process.Without catalyst,with the increase of temperature,the mass concentration of SO2 and H2S increased;and with the catalyst,the mass concentration of H2S is increase with the increase of temperature,and the mass concentration of SO2 was decreased.At 700 ?,the concentrations of SO2 and H2S were lower.Under almost all conditions,at the given temperature,the concentrations of H2S and SO2 in the catalyst were lower than those of without catalyst,the concentration of SO2 and H2S was lower under the action of "catalyst 3",above all,the approximate solutions are:Pyrolysis,700 ? and catalyst 3.In the study,the concentration of H2S is far lower than the Limit value of the national environmental quality standards,while the concentration of SO2 is far higher than the national pollutant discharge standards.The solution in the study contained phenol,o-cresol,m-cresol,p-cresol,2,3-dimethyl phenol and other phenolic compounds.Temperature beween 650 ? and 800 ?,the concentration of phenol increased first decreased,reaching a maximum at 700 ?;methyl phenol and phenol were different,the downward trend is linear with the increase of temperature.Oxygen adding make phenol and methyl phenol concentration was significantly increased,while the catalyst of phenol and methyl phenol generate strong inhibition,and the catalyst 1 is higher than catalyst 2.Compared with pollutants emission standards,phenol concentration far beyond non-union emissions monitoring concentration limit.
