The 213#ore body of Baizhangzi Mine belongs to the altered granite type orebody,showing zonal and local cystic distribution,has good continuity.It's extension is 100?300 m,the main seam thickness is 9.6?53.9 m,dip angle is 42°?78 °.The thickness and dip angle of upper orebody is large,we should choose the non-pillar sublevel caving.From the level 60m below,the ore body become slow and thin,and appear the phenomen of separation,if we continue using non-pillar sublevel caving,ore loss and dilution will be too big,so we need to optimize the mining mothod and stope structure,in order to realize the goal of highly efficient low-dilution and loss mining.Through the field investigation,classification and the stability of rock mass and medium flow parameter experiment,we can conclude that the occurrence and shape change of 213#orebody of Baizhangzi golden mine is big,ores and rocks are instability to the unstable,mining ground pressure is large,the stope and roadway is prone to caving,the upper of experimental draw body is wide and the lower is narrow,marks the mineral medium has good liquidity.According to "three law"(the law of ground pressure activities,rule and medium flow law of rock mass caving)adaptive principle analysis of the ore,the ore body is suitable for application in non-pillar sublevel caving,due to liquidity of medium is good,so we can use larger sublevel height;But because of ore-bearing rock has poor stability,we need to strictly control the size of roadway.In order to meet the need of the orebody occurrence and change of form,we need to use different sublevel height and entrance arrangement form,on the basis of it,we build a small road section non-pillar sublevel caving method with the segmentation height of 10?15 m,the study put forward the corresponding ore drawing mode of combined low—dilution and loss and cut-off grade drawing ore,mining equipment setup scheme,Mining roadway support scheme and the branch ramp section method,thus formed the high efficient mining project of low-dilution andloss for Baizhangzi Mine..Analysis indicates that,the high efficient low-dilution and loss mining project which this paper put forward to,can adapt to the "three laws" feature of 213#orebody of Baizhangzi golden mine,and can realize the mining goals of low-dilution and loss and high efficient mining.
