Along with the development of the domestic steel industry and foreign mining giants increasingly competitive,domestic mining industry will face more and more challenges.In the background,many units and mines have done many research on the"improving quality,decreasing impurities" and comprehensive recovery,Meanwhile it also creates opportunities for Hebei to comprehensively exploit and utilize phosphorus and titanium-poor magnetite ore.Because its useful mineral elements contains titanium and phosphorus other than iron,if they can be comprehensively recoveried,the comprehensive utilization of the resources will be greatly improved.The research about comprehensive recovery of the phosphorus and titanium-poor magnetite ore in Hebei was carried out.On the basis of process mineralogy studies,low intensity magnetic separation iron,flotation election phosphorus,high intensity magnetic and gravity concentration recovery of ilmenite were combined to process.In the study,the best recovery process was determined by comparing a variety of testing scheme,which obtained satisfactory separation technology and economic indicators.In view of the magnetite contained in the ore,the process was determined by adjusting the different grinding fineness,different magnetic field intensity and magnetic separation technological process.Eventually the process was determined for:crush ore to-2 mm(-0.074 mm 15.19%).When the background magnetic field strength was 104 kA/m,tailings was thrown.Then the crude concentrate needed to be regrinded until regrinding fineness was-0.074 mm 70%.Finnaly in the magnetic field strength of 88 kA/m,we obtained a final qualified iron concentrate with a yield of 12.03%,iron grade of 65.99%,iron recovery of 58.55%,which the titanium content was only 2.46%.To recover the useful minerals-apatite,flotation test on weakly magnetic tailings was carried out.Firstily determineed the distribution of its phosphorus by sieve analysis.On this basis,all-partical-fraction-floatation,classification flotation were carried on weakly magnetic tailings.The results showed that all-partical-fraction-floatation was the suitable process to recover phosphorus in iron tailings.Under the suitable reagent system,all-partical-fraction-floatation can obtaine rougher concentrate with a yield of 8.59%,P2O5 grade of 23.60%,the recovery of 59.92%.By adopting the open-circuit flowsheet of three-stage cleaning,we obtained qualified phosphate concentrate with a yield of 4.10%,P2O5 grade of 34.97%,the recovery of 42.38%.To explore the possibility of recovery titanium from flotation tailings,high-intensity magnetic field separation and gravity separation tests on flotation tailings were carried out.The result showed that shaking table has a preferable enrichment effect on titanium-containing mineral in phosphorus flotation tailings.After separation,the rougher concentrate of titanium with a TiO2 grade of 19.51%and the recovery of 44.14%was obtained.
