The Research On The Coordination Between The Design Of Integral Kitchen Cabinets And Residential Kitchen

China has a tight living area.The kitchens in modern collective housing occupy a relatively small area.In addition,the country began to implement the 90/70 policy in 2006,and advocated the construction of small and medium-sized housing,which made the kitchen area once again compressed.The kitchen size change,the pipeline layout is not standardized,resulting in the kitchen is difficult to form a reasonable functional layout,the table area is tight,the space utilization is low and so on.The lack of attention to the kitchen space during the planning of residential units has caused difficult to the integrated kitchen cabinet design,resulting in low standardization of the integrated kitchen cabinet design,low production efficiency,long delivery time and high cost.These limit the development of the cabinet industry to some extent.In this case,it is necessary to consider the installation and use of kitchen cabinets and electrical appliances in the kitchen design stage,to facilitate the rational realization of the functional layout of the kitchen cabinet,and to improve the standardization degree of the kitchen cabinet design.This paper first introduces the evolution of the location of the kitchen in the dwelling from the traditional dwellings to the dwelling houses and the changes in the relationship between the kitchen and other spatial locations in the dwelling.It analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the changes in the position and relationship of the kitchen,and provide recommendations for kitchen design.Then through household survey analysis and summary of the restrictions and influences of the kitchen type on the use of the kitchen,and from the design,production and installation of the integrated kitchen cabinet to analyze the adverse effects that the non-standard cabinet caused by the kitchen type problem to the kitchen cabinet enterprises and consumers.And then proposed optimization of the kitchen space from the four aspects of the kitchen door,window,pipeline and size.According to the relevant standards of kitchen furniture and equipment modulus and modulus coordination,combined with the size of the kitchen cabinet module of the mainstream kitchen cabinet enterprise and the size of the main kitchen equipment on the market,give the integrated kitchen cabinet module adjustment plan.Based the integrated kitchen cabinet module adjustment scheme,the kitchen cabinet design adjustment scheme to reduce the complexity of the integrated kitchen cabinet design,reducing the non-standard cabinet produce.Finally,taking a kitchen surveyed by households as an example,the kitchen space optimization design plan in Chapter 4 and the integrated kitchen cabinet coordination design adjustment plan in Chapter 5 are optimized and coordinated to solve kitchen use problems and improve the standardized design of kitchen cabinets.The implementation effect of this coordination study and the feasibility of the design method of this paper were verified by comparing the ease of use of the kitchen before and after the design and the standardization of the kitchen cabinet.This paper starts with the coordination of the integrated kitchen cabinet and the design of the apartment.The coordination plan is given from the integrated kitchen cabinet design and the unit optimization,and completes the coordination study about the integrated kitchen cabinet and residential kitchen layout design.On the one hand,it can promote the development of the integrated kitchen cabinet industry,improve the standardization degree and production efficiency of the integrated kitchen cabinets,and reduce the integrated kitchen cabinet production costs.On the one hand,it also promotes the rationalization of the design of residential buildings in China,improves the working efficiency,operational comfort and space utilization of the kitchen,promotes the construction of houses to a sustainable direction development.
