With the rapid development of the modern social industry,dust pollution from production processing is getting worse and has become a serious threat to the environment and human health,so the society is increasingly concerned about dust removal technology.For the MOX nuclear fuel pellet dry mill automatic production line,this thesis designs and studies a special dust removal system and analyzes the dust distribution in the grinding zone and then designs a pulse backflush industrial dust collector with three-stage filtration.Finally,the physical prototype of the dust removal system is debugged and tested in the thesis and the dust removal efficiency is verified by relevant experiments.Based on advanced dust removal technology at home and abroad,the relevant literature,the special performance of MOX fuel,the special requirements of the dry grinding automatic production line and the basis of the dust removal system,the related design and research are conducted in this thesis,which realizes a dust removal system with high efficiency of 99.9%.The main research work is as follows:(1)According to the design requirements of the research group and the national dust emission standards,a complete dust removal system is designed for the MOX fuel pellet dry mill automatic production line.The overall structural design covers the dust removal pipeline,the dust removal equipment,the pipe network layout,the installation of the gas collection hood and the process design,etc.Fluent software is used to simulate the dust trajectory and distribution of major dust producing points and thus a sealed equipment with good sealing performance is built.(2)Based on the special properties of MOX fuel dust,a pulsed backflushing industrial dust collector with a three-stage filtration principle is designed.The first-stage is spoiler settling,the secondary filter is a cartridge filter with pulsed blowback and the third-stage is an ultra-fine glass fiber filter,making the dust removal efficiency of the entire dust removal system as high as 99.9%.At last,the selections of other types of dust removal system equipment are specifically calculated and detailedly designed.(3)A physical prototype is set up in cooperation with the actual production line to verify the dust removal effect test.Through the scanning electron microscope observation method,the dust removal effect is qualitatively obtained.By using themass method,the dust before the filtration and the dust after the filtration are weighed to quantitatively verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the dust removal system.With the dust removal system and impulse backflushing industrial dust collector designed in this paper,the dust generated by the MOX fuel pellet dry mill automatic production line can be effectively absorbed with high efficiency and good reliability,which shows that this system can meet the design requirements.This thesis provides good guidance in dust removal systems design and workshop dust removal.
