Orthogonal turn-milling is a kind of turning-milling technology,which has the advantages of high machining precision and good machining quality.It is an important research direction in the field of high speed cutting.But as a new technology emerged in recent years,some of its theoretical research is not perfect.Especially,the research on the orthogonal turn-milling of large rotary workpiece is very few.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between cutting parameters and surface integrity of orthogonal rotary milling of large rotary workpiece internal surface,which is beneficial to the enrichment and development of orthogonal turn-milling technology theory.This topic through the workpiece material is 7075 Aluminum Alloy of orthogonal turn-milling,the surface integrity is the research focus on the orthogonal turn-milling technology is studied,the surface integrity and the cutting parameters of orthogonal turn-milling machining large rotary type inner surface of the workpiece surface,enrich the theory of orthogonal processing turn-milling,production and processing as the actual plays a guiding role.This paper uses orthogonal test method test scheme(L9?34?,the research of orthogonal turn-milling machining of large rotary workpiece surface,cutting parameters and the relationship between surface integrity size,taking into account the specific test conditions,the test in a short circular orthogonal turn-milling machining large rotary type workpiece to instead of the orthogonal turn-milling machining large rotary workpiece.Due to the application of milling machine is not universal,so this experiment through the inner surface of the mathematical model is established in DMG five axis CNC machining center simulation machining of large rotary workpiece to the processing method of orthogonal turn-milling.And the mathematical model of the NC programming,using VERICUT software simulation of the feasibility of the test processing.The surface topography of the internal surface of the large rotary workpiece was simulated by MATLAB software,and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results.The orthogonal test data of range analysis show that the axial feed has the greatest influence on the surface integrity of the internal surface of the large rotary workpiece with orthogonal turn-milling,followed by the cutting speed,feed per tooth and cutting depth.By using multiple regression orthogonal test,the formula for calculating the surface integrity of the internal surface of large rotary workpiece by orthogonal turn-milling was established,and the relationship between the cutting parameters of the orthogonal turn-milling and the surface integrity of the rotary workpiece was determined.Through the statistical test of the regression equation,it is concluded that the established surface integrity formula of the internal surface of large rotary workpiece processed by orthogonal turn-milling is highly significant and has high credibility.In this paper,9 sets of contrast experiments are designed on the basis of orthogonal experiment.Under the same cutting parameters,the influence of milling cutter diameter,workpiece diameter and workpiece speed on milling surface integrity of rotary workpiece is studied.The influence of the three factors on the surface integrity of rotary workpiece is studied.
