With the world economic integration process speeds up,great changes have taken place in the external environment,the competition between enterprises with the economic reform and become increasingly fierce,how to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise itself in the context of this maximum value,has become a problem for every company will have to face the.In this environment,the optimization of enterprise performance management is the necessary condition for enterprises to stand in the competition and even stand out.There are some drawbacks in the traditional performance management system.First,focus on financial indicators and non-financial indicators,not to play an important role in a certain degree of attention,leading to many of the performance management system in the actual application is a mere formality,even just a basket case,the effect is not satisfied with the performance evaluation;second,the traditional performance management system of the assessment indicators are not based on business the actual strategic objectives and design,therefore lead to the strategy oriented performance management system is not strong,no continuity,can not effectively promote the long-term development of enterprises and other issues.A scientific performance evaluation system is established.This system guides the long-term core competitiveness of the company,optimizes the internal management,promotes the realization of the company's strategic goals,and has far-reaching implications for the next round of development of the company.First of all,the concept of this paper from the traditional concept of performance evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard with the use of theoretical research and field case study method combined by means of questionnaire survey,data statistics,according to the NY company's organizational structure,the purpose of the existing performance evaluation system is studied and analyzed thoroughly the.By drawing has been successfully developed in other organizational units outstanding performance evaluation system,to help in the case of NY company to establish the suitable performance evaluation method based on the Balanced Scorecard of their own,and combine the performance management of the daily work,the Balanced Scorecard financial,customer,internal processes,learning and innovation four the dimensions of the assessment is applied to the NY company's performance evaluation,the long-term decision-making objectives of NY company and the Department's daily behavior closely linked.Secondly,through a few months' visit and investigation,according to the existing strategic goals of NY company,we will analyze several key indicators of strategic objectives and design index system.Finally,we use the questionnaire method to determine the index weight,ensure the fairness and rationality of the key indicators,and design a comprehensive and scientific method of performance evaluation.And hoping to provide some reference for the NY company's senior decision-makers on the performance evaluation of the actual operation,as well as ordinary grassroots employees engaged in daily work to improve the understanding of performance evaluation and engagement,to use the Balanced Scorecard NY standard and effective card design a comprehensive template,and lay a solid foundation,which can to improve the management efficiency of NY.
