In this dissertation,reagent glutamic acid,industrial raw materials,compound amino acids,and reagent-grade lignosulfonate were used as chelators.The chelation reaction was performed with zinc sulfate and manganese sulfate.After the reaction,the product was isolated by organic solvent precipitation.The experiments explored the influence of the ratio of raw materials,reaction pH,reaction time,and reaction temperature on the chelation reaction when chelating zinc sulfate and manganese sulfate with three chelating agents,and determined that different chelating agents are used in the preparation of chelate products.The best reaction conditions.The chelated product was qualitatively detected by XRD diffractometer and IR infrared spectrometer,and the content of metal ions in the chelate product was measured by atomic absorption spectrometer.The utilization factor of metal element was used as evaluation standard of chelation reaction.The main results of this paper's research are as follows:?1?The zinc chelate preparation experiment,the molar ratio of n1?L-Glu?:n2?ZnSO4·7H2O?=2:1,the pH=4 of reaction system,reaction temperature is 80?,the reaction time is 30 min,zinc products zinc glutamate chelate obtained by the highest rate reached 83.42%in the quality of the original;the ratio of m1?ZnSO4·7H2O?:m2?compound amino acid?=1:1.9,reaction pH=5,reaction temperature is 85?,the reaction time of 40 min,zinc composite products of zinc amino acid chelate with highest rate reached 91.96%;in the raw material mass ratio of m1?ZnSO4,7H2O?:m2?lignin sulfonate?=1:3,reaction pH=8,reaction temperature is 80?,the reaction time of 40 min,zinc products of sodium lignosulfonate chelated zinc the highest utilization rate reached 84.86%.?2?Manganese chelate preparation experiment,the molar ratio of n1?L-Glu?:n2?MnSO4·H2O?=2:1,reaction pH=4,reaction temperature is 70?,the reaction time of 40 min,manganese products with glutamate chelate was the highest,reached 81.21%in the raw material mass ratio of m1?MnSO4,H2O?:m2?composite amino acid?=1:2.2,pH=4 of the reaction system,reaction temperature is 80?,the reaction time of40 min,manganese products of compound amino acid chelated manganese utilization rate is the highest,reaching 84.71%;in the raw material mass ratio of m1?Mn SO4·H2O?:m2?sodium lignosulfonate?=1:3,pH=7 of the reaction system,reaction temperature is 70?,the reaction time is 40min under the condition of manganese products of sodium lignosulfonate chelated manganese highest utilization rate reached63.74%.The best conditions for the preparation of zinc and manganese chelates from three kinds of raw materials were determined by experiments,and the related structure components of the chelates were explored by XRD diffractometer and IR infrared spectrometer.
