At present,along with the progress of industrialization in our country,and the deterioration of the environment pollution,cause haze weather frequent,and the main components of the haze is industrial dust,most of the dust from soot emissions from industrial and mining enterprises.Given the domestic backward fused magnesium production process and the reality of dust collection efficiency is low,and the bag filter as the most widely used dust removal equipment,with high dust removal efficiency,strong adaptability,flexible use,such characteristics as simple structure,stable operation,thus become fused magnesium enterprises collect fused magnesium powder dust,thus improve the efficiency of dust collection based on fused magnesium dust removal system for the application of automatic control has positive practical application value.In this paper,the current situation and development of the automatic control technology of bag dust removal system are analyzed.A combined dust removal process for silos and dust collectors is proposed,Parameters to control dust removal system faces complex and changeable,the working condition of fluctuation is very big,difficult to directly from the Angle of dust removal technology and control theory to establish the mathematical model for the difficult and the current situation of common adjustment methods of using simple,First of all,through the simulation of the resistance control of the dust collector system,a structure that can fully reflect the degree of dust accumulation of the entire filter bag system is designed.Because the resistance control is difficult to grasp the fuzzy control volume in the filter bag filter system,PID and fuzzy control methods are used to control the temperature change of the bag filter.In this paper,step-exciting and simulating the real simulation of changing excitation signals are performed for this system.Simulation results show that the PID control method to control system temperature fluctuations is quick and sensitive.However,the amount of control changes drastically,and the peak deviation of the controlled stress changes is greater.For a single excitation signal,the system temperature control response controlled by the fuzzy control method is slow,and the peak deviation of the stress variation is small;but for the real signal excitation,the system stress response of the fuzzy control method is not prominent,and The difference between the peak stress and the target temperature of the controlled volume issmall.Comparing the two,the application of the fuzzification control method in the fused magnesium filter bag dust collector system is more promising.
