| Oil-tea camellia oil,with high nutritional value,its price is high due to limited output.There is a phenomenon that other cheap edible vegetable oils are used to adulterate,impersonate and shoddy camellia oil in the market.In this paper,camellia oil,olive oil and other vegetable oils are distinguished from adulterants by the distribution of triacylglycerols and phytosterols in different vegetable oils.By measuring the oil content,fatty acids and micronutritions(α-tocopherol,squalene,β-sitosterol,total phenols)in different oil camellia species and varieties,SPSS is used for statistical analysis of the data to establish a comprehensive evalution technology.1.A method for triacylglycerols analysis was established by nonaqueous reversed-phase liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detection(NARP-HPLC-ELSD).The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Insertsil ODS-P C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);mobile phase A was acetonitrile,mobile phase B was dichloromethane;column temperature:30℃;flow rate:1.5 mL/min;sample volume:10 pL;mobile phase elution conditions:0~40 min,30%~70%B;40~40.1 min,30%B;40.1-45 min,30%B.ELSD conditions:drift tube temperature:55℃;gas flow rate:1.5 L/min;gain:1.2.The triacylglycerols composition in 10 kinds of different vegetable oils was analyzed by NARP-HPLC-ELSD,such as camellia oil,olive oil,torreya oil,soybean oil,walnut oil,pecan oil,tea seed oil,rapeseed oil,peanut oil and sesame oil.The results showed that 13 kinds of triacylglycerols were detected in LLnLn,LLLn,LLL,PLLn,LLO,LLP,LOO,POL,PPL,OOO+OOP,POP,and SOO.The equivalent carbon number(ECN)42/48 ratio of camellia oil and olive oil was less than 0.50%,which was significantly different from other vegetable oils.3.On the basis of triacylglycerols composition,analysis of sterols in different vegetable oils by gas chromatography was used as an adjunctive method for trivial identification of camellia oil and other vegetable oils(especially olive oil of pomace).The first two target peak areas in camellia oil were greater than 90.00%and less than 1.00%in olive oil to identify both.4.Principal component analysis was used to the comprehensive evalution of the oil content,fatty acid composition and micronutritions in 11 kinds of different oil camellia species,such as Camellia reticulate Lindl.,Camellia mairei(Levl.)Melch.,Camellia polyodonta How,Camellia oleifera Abel.,Camellia octopetala Hu,Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu,Camellia meiocarpa Hu,Camellia osmantha Ye CX,Ma JL et Ye H.,Camellia semiserrata Chi,Camellia gigantocarapa Hu et Huang and Camellia vietnamensis Huang and 20 kinds of different oil camellia Changlin varieties,such as No.3,No.4,No,8,No.11,No.18,No.20,No.21,No.22,No.23,No.24,No.26,No.27,No.40,No.51,No.53,No.56,No.59,No.61,No.166 and No.180.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation ranking was not consistent with the oil content.C.meiocarpa had a better comprehensive performance and its oil content was eighth;the oil content of C.chekiangoleosa was the highest,but its comprehensive ranking was the lowest.The comprehensive performance of No.53,No.22,No.24 and No.56 were excellent.Therefore,comprehensive evaluation should combine micronutrients with oil content in the selection of oil camellia.The components of triacylglycerols were detected to distinguish camellia oil from other vegetable oils.Using phytosterol composition analysis to differentiate camellia oil and pomace olive oil,it provides theoretical guidance for identifiying authenticity of camellia oil.At the same time,a comprehensive quality evaluation system of camellia oil was established. |
