Research On The Development And Optimization Of Premixed Concrete Industry In Jianli County Based On Green Production

Premixed concrete industry was born at the right moment with the excellent situation for infrastructure construction and development of realty industry and prosperously developed with the national policy for prohibiting the use of mixing concrete.Premixed concrete industry has made a great contribution to modernization and urban development in China.In recent years,the production value of a newly-flourished construction material industry exceeds 1,000 billion.And a industry chain from raw material extraction,design,preparation,production to transportation logistics.Some premixed concrete enterprises even extend the business to aggregate and mineral admixture and the part of concrete construction.With the help of high speed national economic development power,a great progress has been made in premixed concrete industry.With the economic transformation and heavy overcapacity,premixed concrete industry’s developing way relying on speed and expansion of enterprise scale has gone away forever,the annual growth rate of high speed in whole relevant industries has began to slump.The development of the premixed concrete industry has encountered unprecedented challenges.Since 2015,the unbalance between supply and demand relationship and constant decline in the rate of macro-economic operation have led to a contraction in annual sales of the whole industries.Under various pressures such as the increasingly serious accumulative situation of accounts receivable or dead accounts,constantly increasing in raw material price and that measures to stabilize prices have not got the expectant effect,the profits of the enterprises fall again and again and the enterprises face the situation of more difficulties in business.Premixed concrete industry is faced with important transformation during the new normal development cycle.Now the biggest bottleneck that restricts the development of the concrete industry is a lack of innovation,obvious phenomenon of repeated construction of enterprises,massive overcapacity,poor environmental protection,a low status and hard to change.This article belongs to the application type paper and provides references for premixed concrete industry’s development in Jianli County,Jingzhou based on research as the basis.The first chapter of the article is the introduction part.It introduces the development situation of premixed concrete industry and what probelms premixed concrete industry meets;The second chapter of the article is the research and statistics about status of premixed concrete industry in Jianli County,which includes production equipment,selection of raw materials,statistics about productivity and production,green production and talent construction in enterprise of premixed concrete enterprises in Jianli County;The third chapter of the article analyses and summarizes the survey data in second chapter,points out that it’s unreasonable to analyse the premixed concrete industry with traditional productivity rate and proposes that it’s a reasonable point of view only when subtracting ineffective capacity while calculating productivity rate;In the fourth chapter of the article,we make a site redistribution of premixed concrete enterprises in Jianli County aiming at the analysed conclusion of the third chapter.The regression analysis and prediction of real estate development investment,investment in the fixed assets and regional GDP are analyzed according to the production yield of premixed concrete over the years.And the capacity is optimized while compared with gray prediction method’s results,The conclusion is that the capacity of 4 million square meters is taken as the design capacity of ready-mixed concrete in the whole county,and the 180 production line is considered.The annual design capacity of each production line is 390,000 square to build the station,of which3 stations are built in urban area,8 in other towns and 11 mixing stations are built.;The fifth chapter of the article analyses industry structure in Jianli County and puts forward corresponding reform measures with SWOT analysis method,aiming at making a guide how to get rid of the predicament and seek development for premixed concrete industry.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect part,makes the summary to the full text research process.
