Axially processed tools include metal cutting tools such as drill bits,end mills and reaming drills.Metal cutting tools gradually develop from the original traditional,simple and single structure to a variety of coexisting ways of processing.But now the traditional metal cutting tools have been unable to meet the needs of contemporary product processing requirements,the traditional machining tool for cooling and lubrication by using the traditional way of cutting fluid in machining,and the use of cutting fluid has the problems of environmental pollution and health risks at the same time,due to the structure of the traditional single tool,single form processing due to a large number of cutting heat generation leading to the phenomenon of tool life is short,easy to break,low efficiency,the direct drop of the surface of the parts does not meet.Therefore,the application of traditional tool structure has been gradually replaced by the new structural tool,which achieve the green machining methods of large feed,large cutting quantity,high efficiency and so on.Practice and analyzing the actual processing when the cutting axial form of traditional machining process of the cutting tool,cutting tool and the techniques for structural design,the analysis of the structure of the cutting tool both at home and abroad of research to improve design example and studies the way of self-lubricating,aiming disadvantages of the traditional cutting tools in comprehensive,rational structure design,study out the reasonable structure of self lubricating.Using two-dimensional drawing software Auto CAD to draw the cutting tool of the cutter's structural parameters and geometric dimensions,reoccupy CREO 3D software for 3D modeling,will build the tool model import ANSYS Workbench structure and the stress and strain analysis in the software,and then the three-dimensional model into simulation software DEFORM 3D theoretical material cutting simulation,analysis and processing of the temperature,strain,cutting-tool wear and chip morphology as a result,the simulation and analysis results to optimize design of,to achieve the goal of final design.In this paper,the cross section shape and structure of new self-lubricating tool researched and designed by the author we,after analysis,research on optimization design by repeated simulation design and research of this paper reached the design requirements and standards we need:smooth chip removal,chip morphology appears small unit block,small amount of stress and strain is small,wear,and can realize processing self-lubricating function,it conforms to the current and future development trend,the value of use and promotion to a great extent.
