With the wide application of various new materials in the fields of machinery,chemistry,energy,aerospace and other fields,the industry has set high requirements for the precision processing of new materials.Although these new materials have good physical properties,but because of their structural composition Complexity,ordinary cutting technology cannot meet the industry's processing requirements for material precision.Subsequently,electrolytic wire cutting processing technology has been widely used for its novel processing principles,high processing accuracy and efficiency.Electrolytic wire cutting is a new type of metal cutting technology.This technology works by applying negative voltage to electrodes and electrolyzing workpieces.That is,"ion" dissolves and cuts.It can be used to process thin sheets and deformable parts.However,this technology will produce non-conductive impurities on the surface of the workpiece during electrolytic wire cutting,and these impurities will affect the electrolysis.It continues,and leads are continuously supplied in contact with the processing workpiece,resulting in a short-circuit break.Therefore,this paper proposes the theory of rotary electrode electrolytic wire cutting,which increases the rotation of the wire on the basis of traditional electrolytic wire cutting,which solves the above problems to a certain extent and effectively improves the processing accuracy and efficiency.(1)Design of rotating electrode electrolytic wire cutting test bench using 3D software such as CATIA,SolidWorks,including:machine selection,design of rotating electrode electrolytic wire cutting clamping device,processing power source selection,electrolyte circulation system design,machine tool anticorrosion design Wait;(2)Perform modal analysis on the rotating electrode electrolytic wire cutting clamping device,and analyze the results to find that resonance problems may occur in actual processing.(3)Design three optimization schemes to optimize the structure of the rotary electrode electrolytic wire cutting device,and ensure that the designed rotary electrode clamping device can meet the requirements of electrolytic wire cutting by changing the constraint position and thickening the guide wire shaft.
