Research On The Coordination Of Economy And Environment In The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has vast land and rich resources.It has always been a resource-based economy.The duration of the resource-based economic development is limited,so the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region needs the transformation and upgrading of the economy.It needs to develop new industries to replace the old industrial model,adapt to the needs of the state and society,and complete the long-term and rapid development of its own economy.Another characteristic of resource-based economy is the serious pollution and damage to the environment.The earth is the home that we live on.Protecting the environment is protecting our home.The development of the economy must not be at the cost of destroying the environment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and social significance to study the coordinated development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's economy and environment.This paper is based on the coordination theory,circular economy theory,sustainable development theory,the coordinated development theory of regional economy and ecological environment,and so on,to study the coordination of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region economy and environment.First of all,the economic situation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is described from three parts of economic total,per capita level and industrial structure,and the economic situation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the last ten years is described more intuitively through the analysis of data list and chart.Then,from the four major parts of the pollutant emission,atmospheric environment,water environment and ecological environment,the environmental status of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is introduced.In the ecological environment,the original data of the number of dust storms in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the past ten years are found,and the degree of desertification in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is reflected by the analysis of the number of dust storms.The selection of economic and environmental indicators is related to the following indicators that are coordinated by model analysis.Next is the core of the thesis:the empirical analysis of the coordination between the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's economy and environment.This paper uses the coupling model to select the economic and environmental indicators for ten years from 2007 to 2016.The economic indicators include gross production,the total investment of the state assets,the main business income of Industrial Enterprises above the scale,the number of population and the total retail sales of social consumer goods.The environmental indicators are forest coverage,grassland area and water resources.The total amount,sulfur dioxide emission,waste water discharge,and so on,first use the entropy method to calculate the standard values and weights of each index in the economic system and environment system,and then replace the obtained results into the coupling degree formula,and then get the coordination degree of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region economy and the environment from 2007 to 2016.The economic and environmental coordination of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2007 to 2016 was on the whole,but the coordination was low in 2007,and the reason for it was low.Then this paper collate and analyze the data of the degree of coordination,and find out the problems related to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's economic development and environmental protection during the ten years.These problems include the simplification of the economic growth target,the problems of the investment in the ecological environment protection,the irrational use of the energy source structure and so on.To find out the problems to solve the corresponding solutions,such as strengthening the development of circular economy,moderate to change the mode of economic growth,more reasonable optimization of energy structure,adjustment of industrial structure according to local conditions and so on.
