Shanxi has a history of more than 5,000 years of ancient civilization.Its extensive history and culture have brought abundant creative themes to Shanxi Miansu.Shanxi Miansu as part of the Chinese Miansu art,representing the traditional diet culture,as a folk,art,history,archaeology,cultural heritage,and many other exploration has brought its precious and unique data,especially for the creation of the Miansu built a lot of vivid,humorous characters and stories.The ancient dough figurine originated from the clay figurine of the neolithic age.It was mainly used to worship ancestors and worship gods.With the enlargement of the wheat crop,Miansu is generally has the function of aesthetic,mostly through the hand of rural women,it full of symbolic implication,good with people to happy life yearning.Shanxi Miansu art has been declared as a national intangible cultural heritage,which is an important part of Chinese traditional excellent culture.It needs us to make full use of modern means to protect and inherit it.The purpose of this paper is to build a digital platform for the three-dimensional presentation of Shanxi Miansu art and flat design through the extraction of elements.Using graphic design,3 d printing,the Shanxi Miansu non-material heritage protection and inheritance,and use the way of digital records of Shanxi Miansu production working procedure,let more people understand Shanxi Miansu,and through the fun way of passing on to the next generation,provide theoretical support for the education of traditional culture and art popularization.Therefore,it is of great significance to protect and inherit intangible cultural heritage to build a bridge between the traditional Chinese dough figurine and the world cultural communication.
