Research On Safety Management Of Large Mineral Resource Mining Enterprises

As the primary industry of the national economy,the mining industry has provided the material basis for the sustained and steady development of the social economy.In the past several decades,Chinese industry has been developing in high speed,especially in heavy industry and foundation infrastructure.All kinds of metal and non-metallic mineral resources exploitation and utilization provide a solid material guarantee for this with the prosperity of mining industry.Both the industrial scale and the number of enterprises have rapidly expanded.However,under the background of long-term extensive economic development in our country,mineral resource exploitation enterprises also face a series of problems brought by the extensive management and over-pursuit of economic benefits,as well as a large amount of debts in safety production.Mineral resources companies face austere industry characteristics:many unknown factors faced by its production activities,weakness in general management foundation,multitudinous factors for safety accident.Also the accident is usually accompanied by sudden,serious consequences,and making a profound influence.The characteristics of wide distribution have become a prominent issue that restricts the survival and development of mineral resources mining companies.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to establish a set of effective safety management mechanisms for mineral resources mining companies to prevent accidents,reduce the scale of accidents and reduce losses,and ensure the sustainable and stable development of enterprises.In this paper,through literature research and case analysis,the status of the mineral resources exploitation enterprise safety in production in Shandong province are analyzed,and summarizes the characteristics of mineral resources exploitation enterprise production safety management,using the theory of five model of enterprise crisis management framework for three typical mineral resources exploitation enterprise production safety accident cases are analyzed.Through present situation and the collection and analysis of the case,this paper expounds the domestic mineral resources mining enterprises in the status quo and problems of safety.management,combines the actual conditions of major mineral resources exploitation in our country at the same time,will optimize the five model for crisis management,put forward the suitable for young model of mineral resources exploitation enterprise safety management,and based on this young model,discusses how to large mineral resources exploitation enterprise production safety management mechanism.And then in a large mineral resources exploitation enterprise SDHJ company combined with its actual situation,formulate a set of complete security management mechanism,and expects to other mineral resources,mining enterprises,especially small and medium-sized mining enterprises safety management for reference.Mineral resources through the analysis of the article discusses that the enterprise should from the safety management of enterprise strategy,perfect the internal control mechanism,the safety of the organizational culture construction,mechanism of crisis management team construction safety and resources protection five aspects to establish a complete set of safety management mechanism,the internalization of accident prevention,accident response,incident handling,recovery,after the learning process,strengthen the control for potential production safety crisis,preventing production safety crisis happened to the greatest extent,reduce the accident damage.At present,the domestic for the safety of systemic management theory research,especially there is few study of mineral resources,mining industry,this article through the analysis of the multiple cases of crisis management of the five model is optimized,the research proposed is applicable to large enterprises of mineral resources exploitation"young model of safety management",and accordingly for mineral resources mining enterprises to establish a set of system for production safety management mechanism,to domestic production and management of mineral resources,mining industry has certain pertinence and the practical significance,for mineral resources mining enterprises to improve production safety management level,realize the enterprise steady development provides a new way of thinking.
