Research On Lean Safety Management Mode Of The Secondary Gas Coal Gas In Han Bao Steel Corp

In order to improve the safety management level of coal gas in the process of steel production,we establish coal gas safety lean management model by the methods combing Theoretical analysis and field test,Mainly carried out the following three aspects of research work:Firstly,we will carry out the research on lean security management of the secondary gas coal gas system.It will be involved in the fine division of gas safety management content,dividing into process and equipment,operating activities,level management and safety education and introducing the concept of outstanding performance management which is throughout and spreading to all parts to develop gas system lean management module,and it will achieve systematic,fine,and comprehensive management.Secondly,we will research on the lean safety management mode and construct the organic security management system on this basis.The security of standard operations in“Dynamic process control”model will be innovated and perfected.We will construct the safety management system of the secondary gas coal gas system based on lean management by constructing the management system on safety management level and vertical and deep of professional system,There is the main line of Six Sigma management model which are finding problems,analyzing causes and solving problems,and there is the purpose on eliminating hidden dangers and serving production.Thirdly,there is the application and improvement of research results.We will do the transformation of coal gas safety management system on by-product gas using coal gas safety lean management model in Hanbao Company and we also improve and perfect the system combing with the characteristics and the status of the system.
