Construction Job Safety Analysis(JSA) Mode And Its Application

Construction industry is the pillar industry of China's national economy,its safety production accidents and the number of deaths are among the best in all industries,and the cause of accidents in the construction industry is largely due to the lack of safety education and technical bottom of the construction workers.Developing JSA can strengthen safety education and training for workers,and make up for the lack of safety technical disclosure.By studying the Accident Causation Theory,It is expounded that human unsafe behavior is the main cause of injury accidents in construction.By studying foreign advanced security management tools,the present situation of the security technology base in China and the excellent experience of related industries,it is found that the behavior safety management tools can effectively control the unsafe behavior of the people.In this paper,the core of the behavior safety management tool,job safety analysis(JSA),is selected as the research object.According to its internal requirements,the four step implementation process is explained and enriched,namely,the division of operation steps,identification of hazard factors,risk assessment and risk control.In view of the characteristics of the implementation and construction industry,with the core of job safety analysis,the management boundary is explored and expanded,and the JSA model of behavior security management,which consists of four parts,is composed of task review,operation safety analysis,operation license system and risk communication,summary and improvement.At the end of the article,according to the scaffolding operation of the construction site,the JSA model of the safety management of the behavior is verified,which provides a way of thinking for the application of the safety analysis of the construction industry in China,and also provides an improved space for the present security technology.
