In recent years, although the policy of security has been introduced and the safety equipment has been input constantly, the situation of coal mine safety in our country is still very grim. A lot of research results show that operator’s unsafe acts are the main cause of coal mine safety accidents. Therefore, it is significance to research the unsafe acts in coal mine production from the angle of human factors for improving the situation of coal mine safety production. The status of operator is an important precondition of unsafe acts’ generating, and it is also the main direct factor for unsafe acts. Therefore, this paper studied the effect of coal mine operator’s status to unsafe acts, and it will be provide the theoretical support for coal mine enterprise and then develop measures for restraining workers’ unsafe acts.In this paper, we took the advantage of Bayesian network in dealing with uncertainty inference problems to build the Bayesian network model, this model is based on the effect of coal mine operator’s status to unsafe acts, then we studied the effect of coal mine operator’s status to unsafe acts from quantitative angle. Firstly, we built the Bayesian network of the effect of coal mine operator’s state to unsafe acts which is based on the sample of existing investigation report of coal mine safety accidents, related literature and expert knowledge. Secondly, we used verbal-numerical probability assessment method to obtain the parameters of the Bayesian network parameters, which is described the effect of operator’s status to unsafe acts. Finally, we studied the effect of coal mine operator’s status to unsafe acts through causal inference and diagnostic inference of Bayesian network.
