Yuanjiang(China)-Red River(Viet Nam)Study On Ecological Evaluation And Ecological Goal Management Of Transboundary Rivers

Water is the source of life and an important strategic resource related to national security.The transnational nature of cross-border rivers makes it rich in geo-economic and geopolitical connotations.The cooperation and development of international river water resources not only belongs to environmental science issues,but also belongs to the issue of international relations.How to properly resolve international river resources disputes has become the key to handling international relations.Water resources have become a new strategic resource after oil and compete for scarce water resources.The right to use may cause domestic and international conflicts.The water crisis is playing an increasingly obvious role in international relations.Most of the problems between countries in international river basins are related to water,involving national political stability,regional security,economic prosperity,environmental protection,and sustainable development.The international rivers and water complexes have a strong political color and become international rivers.In the Water Politics Complex,the Asian Association of Asia Report on Water Resources in Asia 2009 stressed that water will not be the only factor that causes war,but will become a threatening factor and exacerbate social instability leading to conflict.In terms of cooperation in cross-border rivers,Dinar believes that the conflicts in the development of international rivers in various countries have aroused the need for international cooperation.Water resources may become a catalyst to intensify the original contradictions between China and India,and it may also become natural to strengthen the strategic cooperation between the two countries.Ties,international river cooperation is not only the best way to resolve international river disputes,but also can become a bridge leading to comprehensive cooperation.This study collated the water quality indicators for the Yuanjiang-Honghe River system in the Yuanjiang-Honghe water system from 2016 to 2017,and analyzed the data in the aspects of industry and agriculture,and proposed corresponding measures through the analysis results.In order to reduce cross-border river water pollution and promote national cooperation.The results of the study show that due to the development of industrial and agricultural development in Vietnam,the content of COD and NH3-N in the Red River Basin is generally higher than that in China,and the pH value and dissolved oxygen content are relatively low.Therefore,an ecological compensation mechanism is implemented by establishing relevant environmental protection systems.,andthrough the protection of engineering and other aspects of the protection of the Red River,so as to improve the water quality of the Red River is necessary.
