Research On Water Quality Pollution In Luoyang River And Jinjiang River

Jinjiang and Luoyang river are the first and second major rivers in Quanzhou.The Jinjiang and Luoyang river basin,especially the upstream water resources are the lifeline of Quanzhou city.It is responsible for the Industrial water,agricultural water and domestic water of millions of people in the coastal and downstream areas,their importance is self-evident.However,The jinjiang and luoyang river basins still have inadequate industrial wastewater treatment capacity,sewage is discharged arbitrarily,the contamination from agricultural sources is severe,the erosion of soil and water resources is serious,etc.The situation is not optimistic.Water pollution control has become a heavy topic.This paper analyzes the environmental quality and environmental management by literature of the two rivers,through literature and questionnaires comprehensive analysis of the measures,results and difficulties of the two rivers governance,At the same time,learn some experience of Weifang city in water pollution management by case analysis.Finally,the countermeasures to deal with the pollution control of the two rivers were put forward: We will strengthen oversight of pollution sources,improve the mechanism for watershed cooperation,increase the construction of environmental protection infrastructure,improve the mechanism for ecological compensation in the basin,Strengthening environmental management capacity building,strengthening the water ecological restoration?...
