The spontaneous combustion of coal seam in coal mining is one of the important factors that affect safety mining of mining face.The Baijio mine is a near-distance spontaneous combustion coal seam group mining,in the mining process,the goaf air leakage is serious,the coal seam spontaneous combustion period is short,goaf coal and upper seam is extremely easy to oxidize,gas and coal spontaneous combustion coupling disaster is serious.It has brought great difficulty to the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion,so it is necessary to make a further study on the prevention and control technology of spontaneous combustion in close range coal seam mining.In this dissertation,the coupling disaster of goaf gas and coal spontaneous combustion under the condition of high sulfur coal occurrence in Baijiao mine is serious,and the actual situation of the mine has not yet formed a set of targeted prevention and control technology system,first of all,through experimental study to master the spontaneous combustion characteristics of high sulfur coal,combined with field observation and analysis,the spontaneous combustion law of goaf coal and the coupling disaster characteristics of gas and coal spontaneous combustion are summarized,and using the data analysis software MATLAB to realize the reconstruction of the distribution field of goaf,to determine the coupling hazard zone;Then,based on the reasonable evaluation of the dangerous degree of spontaneous combustion and the technical means of fire prevention and extinguishing in coal seam,"excavation,mining,closed " three-process linkage for mine fire prevention framework,to enrich the technical means of prevention and control of spontaneous combustion,to develop classified control standards for the development of spontaneous combustion hidden danger with the core of " advanced monitoring,reasonable prevention and emergency treatment ",and to establish a natural combustion control system to meet the technical conditions of mine production;Finally,under the guidance of the technology system,taking 2274 working face as an example,a variety of fire extinguishing techniques are applied in different stages of excavation,stop and withdrawal to ensure safe production during the working face from excavation to mining.
