In recent years,with the increasing demand for hazardous chemicals in various industries in China,how to manage hazardous chemicals safely and efficiently has been a difficult problem.Under this background,this paper uses computer technology to build dangerous chemicals management system to solve the shortage and demand of enterprises.In this paper,the management of cyanide hazardous chemicals is designed as the basis for the design of the system,and focus on the study of the needs of enterprises and public security organs.The system mainly designs six modules,such as warehouse management,each module includes different functions,including the query and modification of the inventory of dangerous chemicals;the internal audit and approval of the public security organs when buying and selling dangerous chemicals;the real-time video monitoring enterprise warehouse,monitoring video recording,video file play;emergency response.The additions and modifications of the resources.When the user is operating,the system will display the different work interface.This design not only improves the working efficiency of the enterprise staff,helps the enterprise to transform the management method of the original electronic document category to the multi information management mode,but also allows the public security organ to check the quantity of the enterprise in time and prevent the hazardous chemicals into the illegal way.In order to better meet the design requirements of dangerous chemicals management system,the system uses C#and DotNetBar2 to design the graphical interface of the system,and uses the AForge graphics library flexibly to realize the functions of system monitoring and video.Combined with the results of field investigation,the audit statistics function of the business and management cycle of the enterprise is designed,and the design of the whole hazardous chemical management system is completed.The results of the related test show that the performance of the system meets the expected requirements and can be used steadily.In conclusion,the dangerous chemicals management system designed in this paper could effectively help the related staff of enterprise and government to complete the audit process and the real-time monitoring to the hazardous chemicals in the storing warehouses,so it was very practical.There fore there was acertain academic value and practical significance for the study in this paper.
