Technology Of Quality Control Index System For Smoke Water Base Glue

The cigarette industry has developed rapidly in recent the years because of its huge market competitiveness and its influence on China's economy.Cigarette gum has been widely used in academia as one of the main factors affecting the production efficiency and quality of cigarette products.Field and industrial production research,but only using the current state of the existing national standards and corporate standards for cigarette adhesives,the non-volatile matter content,viscosity,pH,monomer residues and other technical indicators are insufficient to characterize the cigarette adhesive.Use of performance,but can not predict and judge the quality of cigarette glue.(1)This project studied four technical indicators regarding to the above general indicators: initial viscosity,wettability,curing time,(heat,cold,centrifugal)stability,the main work is as follows: The effect of different viscosity,solid content and inclination angle on the initial tack of cigarette adhesive was studied by using inclined roller method.(2)The use of optical contact angle measurement,the reaction wettability method to study the effect of different viscosity,cigarette paper on the size of the cigarette adhesive contact angle,the results show that: the viscosity of the cigarette adhesive has little effect on the contact angle,basically remained in within a certain range,the contact angles of different cigarette papers and cigarette glues are different,and the contact angle of the rubber seed on the fine self-transporting tipping paper is the largest.(3)The use of the dispensing method(self-made dispenser)to study the impact of different weight,pressure time and amount of glue on the curing time.The result show that: within a certain range,the weight of the block,curing of cigarette glue the weight of the briquette,the time for the application increase with pressure increases.However,as the amount of glue applied increases,the curing time also increases.(4)Cold,heat and centrifugal impact of adhesives were studied under the influence of different temperatures and different centrifugal forces due to the effects of cold and heat and force on the adhesive,oil/water breakage,strong and weak and separation.(5)Using a new T-type peeling test method to study the peel strength of different glue-paper matching splines and the single factor of different types of rubber varieties on the peel strength,the results show that the better wetting and permeability In paper,the peel strength of the adhesive spline is greater;the viscosity and peel force are positively related.
