The laser washing burning washing machine is an automatic washing equipment based on the principle of laser beam irradiation.The processing process is green,environmentally friendly and non-polluting.It not only does not harm the operator's body but also saves the cost of purchasing wastewater treatment equip ment.In order to achieve laser washing water Processing,computer graphics are used to generate the NC program for the image and graphics processing data,and the control signal is transmitted to the motion controller of the washing machine.To convert it into a pulse signal that can drive the stepper motor.Processing path to complete the laser washing water automatic processing.In this project,the points of the surface to be processed by means of a three-dimensional coordinate scanner.The parametric contour surfaces of the human leg were obtained in reverse engineering Imageware software;the outline contours of the image to be processed are extracted using an outline extraction technique of image processing.The pattern that can be process ed is obtained.The application of reverse engineering and image processing enhances the flexibility of Laser Washing processing.The processed machining surface and pattern are impor ted into MsaterCAM software.A laser wash pattern is projected on the leg surface.Through software simulation,the processed product effect map can be seen before actual processing,so that the processing can be changed before processing.Images,reduce scrap rate,and better meet the processing requirements of different patte rns.The hardware control system of the laser washing water burning machine adopts the structure of “PC+ motion controller”,and the motion controller was run and debugged,and the wiring between the driver and the ste pper motor and other hardware was actually operated,and the vibration sensor was performed.The optimization has enhanced the sensitivity of fault diagnosis.Finally,the laser washing machine testing software has been used to test that the motion controller can work normally.The focus of this paper was on the software control system of the laser wash water burning machine,the friendly man-machine interface and the application program of the laser wash water burning Machine Control System.The research process is to design each functional module,initialize the control system and establish a large number of continuous space short linear interpolation,and design an interpolation algorithm based on digital integration method(DDA)and least squares method,which can ensure better Under the condition of accuracy,the redundant interpolation trajectory can be reduced,the interpolation operation speed can be improved,the processing efficiency can be improved,the frequent starting and stopping of the motor can be reduced,and the stability and effectiveness of the system can be ensured.Finally,the open digital control program of the laser wash water burning Machine was generated,and the software system of the laser wash water burning machine was run.The simulation sample was generated in the VB6.0 software to generate the simulation graph and the example processing was performed,which verified the feasibility of the program.The research and development of this open numerical control system can improve the production efficiency of the washing water processing technology,improve the burning accuracy of the denim clothing surface,and reduce the production cost.
