In the daily production and life of the people,it is inseparable from all kinds of hazardous materials.Hazardous materials have flammable,explosive and other hazardous characteristics,which can easily cause personal injury or property damage during storage and transportation.The density of highway networks in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is high,and there are many accidents caused by hazardous materials storage and transportation.In the event of an accident,rapid and accurate rescue can minimize the casualties and losses caused by the accident.Based on the research at home and abroad,this article focuses on the location and distribution of emergency material reserves based on the risk of storage and transportation of dangerous goods.Firstly,this paper analyzes the meanings and characteristics of the terms of storage and transportation of dangerous goods,distribution of emergency supplies and other terms,and then introduces the cluster analysis and fuzzy planning methods that will be used in this paper.After collecting a large number of risk source data for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Expressway Network,first classify the types of risk sources and filter out eligible risk sources,then use K-Means clustering method to perform cluster analysis on them.The center point of the class result was the preliminary site selection.Then,it was rationally optimized and improved,and the result of the site selection of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Expressway Network Emergency Materials Reserve was obtained.Aiming at the problem of emergency material distribution,this paper establishes a multi-objective programming model aiming at minimizing the total time for material transportation,minimizing transportation costs and storage costs.The linear weighted sum method is used to solve the model,and examples are used to verify the model and algorithm.Lastly,compare and analyze the results of different weights.Based on the research above,this paper adds triangular fuzzy numbers to the parameters of the multi-objective planning model,establishes an emergency material optimization distribution model in a fuzzy environment,designs the algorithm to solve the model,and examples are used to verify the model and algorithm.Lastly,compare and analyze the results under different weights.Finally,using the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Expressway Network as a case study,combining the results of the location of the material reserve,applying the emergency resource optimization and distribution model in a fuzzy environment,and solving the model,and the optimal material distribution plan of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Expressway Network was obtained.
