Nanomaterials are very important research objects in the field of materials.SiO2nanomaterials are one of the important members in nanomaterials.SiO2 nanomaterials have potential applications in transparent insulation, optoelectronic devices, photochemistry and optical waveguides. This article mainly explored the use of thermal evaporation method?physical vapor deposition?to explore the influence of catalyst, reducing agent and deposition temperature on the structure, morphology and properties of prepared Si-O nanomaterials.Concluded as follow:?1?When Pt was used as a catalyst, the prepared SiO2 nano-material had the characteristics of small diameter, smooth surface, and droplets on the top of the material. In terms of optical performance, due to the incorporation of Pt elements, the SiO2,the emission peaks of Si O2 nanomaterials exhibited a blue shift?630 nm to 586 nm?and the emission intensity decreases.?2?When the deposition temperature was different,as the deposition temperature decreased, the length of the nanowires became shorter and the diameter became smaller.?3?When C was used as a reducing agent,a small amount of silicon carbide was found in the nanomaterials through EDX,XRD and Raman detection of the prepared SiO2 nanomaterials show that there are a small amount of carbon compounds and Si nanocrystals in the nanomaterials;in addition, the prepared nanowires exhibited unique optical properties and a wide range of light emission when using C as a reducing agent.
