A Study On The Coupling Relationship Between Urbanization Level And Eco-Environment Quality In Shaoshan

Urbanization is accompanied by the development of industrialization.The shift of agricultural population to non-agricultural population and the increase of production and lifestyle intensification is an objective trend of social development.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,we must not only destroy urban eco-environment while carrying out the urbanization,but also promote the development of social economy while protecting the ecological environment.This requires the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment.Lushan is not only an important revolutionary memorial but also known as one of China's "red tourism" sites home and abroad.As a key city in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan agglomeration,in 2016,the "Two-type"Management Committee of Hunan Province established Shaoshan as the breakthrough point,and as the only pilot in Hunan Province to carry out green GDP reform.Therefore,research on the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization level and ecological environment quality in Shaoshan,scientifically grasping the characteristics of urbanization and ecological environment development and existing problems has strong practical significance and demonstration effect.Based on the existing research,this article first defines related concepts such as urbanization,eco-environment,and coupling and coordination.It combs relevant theories and research progress home and abroad,and then introduces the overview of Shaoshan and the status of urbanization and ecological environment.Secondly,the qualitative analysis of the interaction mechanism between urbanization level and ecological environment quality,the construction of an indicator system to measure the level of urbanization and ecological environment quality,and a model for the coupling and coordination of urbanization level and ecological environment in Shaoshan;The city's data for 2010-2016 use the entropy method to determine index weights,measure urbanization levels,and the comprehensive index of ecological environment quality,and use a coupling model to quantify the correlation between urbanization level and ecological environment quality,with a coupling coordination model.Evaluate the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment quality.Finally,taking the other counties(cities)of Xiangtan City as a reference,a horizontal comparison of the coupling and coordinated development of urbanization level and ecological environment quality in Shaoshan was conducted.The research shows that the urbanization level and ecological environment quality of Bishan are continuously improving,and the coupling and coordination between the two are tending to optimize development;the urbanization level and ecological environment quality of Shaoshan are coupled with each other,and the fluctuations are coordinated around;in Xiangtan City,Lushan The urbanization of the city is most coordinated with the ecological environment,but there is still room for improvement in the development of urbanization.The reasons for the coupling and coordination of the urbanization level and ecological environment quality in Shaoshan are as follows:the urbanization of space is faster than the urbanization of population;construction land is extensive and inefficient;financial pressure for urbanization construction is high;and agricultural transfer population is difficult to integrate into cities.The economic aggregate is small and the industry is underdeveloped;the development space is narrow and the capacity for resource allocation is weak.Based on the above findings,the coordinated development of urbanization and eco-environment in Shaoshan is based on the following steps:vigorously promote urbanization and protect the ecological environment.Based on this,the following countermeasures are proposed:to promote the intensive use of land;to raise funds for urbanization in various ways;to promote the urbanization of migrant workers;to promote the construction of new industrialization;to upgrade the red tourism industry;to introduce advanced talents and improve employment;and to guide the society to participate in environmental protection.
