The Influence Of The New Urbanization On The Quality Of Ecological Environment And Its Coupling And Coordinated Research

The new type of urbanization advocates the concept of "people first".Social progress must go hand in hand.The new type of urbanization should not only emphasize the speed of development,but more importantly,the quality of economic development.As one of the six central provinces in the strategy of "the rise of central China",the quality and level of its urbanization has attracted more and more research and attention from domestic and foreign scholars in recent years.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the new urbanization and ecological environment quality to provide policy inspiration and reference for policy formulation and implementation.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of new urbanization are defined,and the new urbanization index is constructed from six dimensions according to its "new" characteristics.On the basis of the theory of new urbanization and ecological environment quality,the internal mechanism analysis and interaction mechanism research are carried out.The results show that the development level of new-type urbanization in jiangxi province is uncoordinated,and the development trend of "north is high and south is low" is on the whole.Secondly,before the empirical analysis,the Granger test was conducted.There was a significant correlation between the two and they were causality,but in the long term,the new urbanization had a more significant impact on the ecological environment quality.The unit root ADF test and co-integration test were carried out on the analyzed data.Thirdly,based on the improved STIRPAT model,the time effect of new urbanization on ecological environment quality is investigated.The estimated results show that there is a significant correlation between the new-type urbanization and the ecological environment quality in jiangxi province.From the micro perspective,the stable development of environmental protection urbanization and urban-rural coordinated urbanization promotes the improvement process of ecological environment quality,while the urbanization of population,economy and lifestyle is not conducive to the improvement of ecological environment quality.Finally,the interaction and synergistic factor effects between new-type urbanization and ecological environment quality are further tested,and the coupling and coordination measures are carried out.The results show that :(1)from 2014 to2018,the coupling value of each region in our province is between 0.7 and 1,which is in the initial stage of high-level coupling development in the running in stage.(2)the11 prefecture-level cities province can be divided into three types: rapid promotion,slow promotion and stable development.While northern except shangrao city belongs to the slow promotion type,and southern belongs to the development and stable type.(3)the development level of coupling degree of each prefecture-level city has the characteristics of "northern region,southern region > middle region",and the development level of coordination degree has the characteristics of "southern region >northern region,middle region".Finally,on the basis of summarizing the whole paper,the paper analyzes the results obtained by qualitative and quantitative methods to obtain the general situation and the relationship between the development of new-type urbanization and the quality of ecological environment,so as to make Suggestions for the urbanization development and the improvement of ecological environment.
