The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Ecological Environment And Urbanization In Jiangxi

With the rapid development of China's industrial construction,the economic foundation has been greatly improved,and the ecological environment has also received great attention from the leaders of the state and the people concerned.The report clearly pointed out that the party's 19 th to the construction of ecological civilization into the implementation of the grand blueprint of the Chinese national rejuvenation of the Chinese dream,awake not only discusses the ecological environment for the development of the national strategic and existing problems,and also puts forward the detailed ecological environment governance,reflects a much larger and more broad ruling feelings and governance view.At present,China's urbanization is also in a period of rapid development.The level of urban infrastructure construction has been significantly improved,residents' quality of life has been significantly improved,and characteristic industries have gradually taken shape.How to realize the simultaneous development of urbanization construction and ecological environment protection is an important issue of national strategic deployment.As far as jiangxi province is concerned,the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure is an effective channel to promote the coordinated development of economy,urbanization and ecological environment protection.This paper has widely read the relevant works of domestic and foreign scholars on the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment,and takes the eco-city theory and coordinated development theory as the theoretical basis.Firstly,it theoretically analyzes the interaction mechanism of urbanization and ecological environment restricting and promoting each other,laying a theoretical foundation for the later empirical analysis.The comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization construction was constructed by selecting indicators from population,economy and society,and the ecological environment was divided into three subsystems,namely pressure,state and response,according to the p-s-r(pressure-state-response)model,so as to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological environment with different indicators.Based on the data ofthe above two index systems,the principal component analysis method was used to calculate the index weight,and the comprehensive level of ecological environment and urbanization construction of cities in jiangxi province was calculated.Using the coupling coordination degree model to calculate the 11 cities in jiangxi province ecological environment and the coupling coordination degree of urbanization level,and through the fixed effects model and generalized moment estimation model of ecological environment and urbanization construction of coupling coordination degree of related empirical studies,the factors which influence the following conclusions:(1)around the city in jiangxi province urbanization level is generally low,and the larger gap between cities;(2)the coupling coordination level of ecological environment,industrial structure and urbanization between cities is low and the development level is different;(3)the upgrading of industrial structure can accelerate the construction of urbanization and improve the level of coupling and coordination.And put forward the following policy recommendations :(1)to strengthen the radiation role of central cities;(2)establish an interactive development mechanism between urbanization and industrialization;(3)develop green economy based on resource advantages;(4)upgrading the industrial structure through scientific and technological innovation.The innovation of this article is mainly embodied in the research point of view,this paper calculated the ecological environment and coupling coordination degree of urbanization in jiangxi province,and through the optimization of industrial structure and economic development level of coupling coordination degree for factors such as regression analysis,thus to explore the ecological environment in jiangxi province and coupling coordination degree of the influence factors of urbanization construction.Secondly,in terms of research methods,the evaluation indexes of ecological environment and urbanization are mainly calculated by the subjective evaluation methods such as expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,and there are relatively few literatures that use the principal component analysis method to calculate the index.Moreover,there are few researches on the coupling mechanism between the ecological environment and the urbanization construction in various cities in jiangxi province.As one of the first ecological civilization pilotdemonstration zones in China,jiangxi province should attach importance to the protection of the ecological environment while developing the economy,and pay attention to the quality of life while improving the living standards of residents.Therefore,this paper is of special significance in exploring the coupling coordination relationship between the urbanization construction and the ecological environment in jiangxi province and analyzing the influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree.
