Study On The Evaluation System Of The Ecological Environment After Legislation In Jiangxi Province

The evaluation of the ecological environment legislation is an extension after the legislation of the ecological environment,which is conducive to improving the quality of the legislation of the ecological environment.The quality of ecological environment legislation is related to the degree of ecological civilization,which is more related to the environmental rights and interests of the people and the improvement of the ecological environment,which is ultimately to improve the well-being of the people’s livelihood.In 2016,Jiangxi Province was listed as a pilot area of national ecological civilization.The importance of Jiangxi’s ecological environment is beyond doubt.At present,the post evaluation system of Jiangxi’s ecological environment legislation has not yet been perfected.There are still many problems to be explored and solved in theoretical research and practical work.In the course of the study,a new method of research is adopted to analyze the content of this article.The author mainly uses the method of field investigation and participates in a series of practical work on the evaluation of ecological environment after legislation,such as the prohibition of Nanchang City,such as Jiujiang,Ganzhou and Fuzhou,Jiangxi Province.The regulations on setting off fireworks and firecrackers,the implementation of the People’s Republic of China water and soil conservation law in Jiangxi Province,the measures for the implementation of the management of sand mining in the river channel of Jiangxi Province,the regulations on the water resources of the Jiangxi Province,the regulations on the supervision of water administration in Jiangxi Province,the measures for the collection and management of the water intake and water resources in Jiangxi,and the resistance of Jiangxi province.At the same time,through the questionnaires,case analysis and other research methods,the relevant contents of this article are studied.The contents of this study are divided into five parts.First,the basic theory of ecological environmental legislation evaluation is discussed.Secondly,the necessity of the evaluation of the ecological environment legislation in Jiangxi Province is analyzed from two aspects of law and practice.Again,the present situation of the assessment of the ecological environment legislation in Jiangxi Province is analyzed,and Jiangxi province is found.After the ecological environment legislation to assess the existing problems,again,mainly through the study of the practice of the assessment of the domestic and foreign ecological environment legislation,summarize its successful experience,provide experience for the construction of the ecological environment legislative evaluation system in Jiangxi Province,and finally,put forward the establishment of the specific problems after the evaluation of the ecological environment legislation in Jiangxi Province.Perfect the evaluation system of Jiangxi’s ecological environment legislation.The legislation of ecological environment in Jiangxi Province has developed from quantity requirement to quality requirement,which requires continuous evaluation of the legislation of ecological environment to improve the quality of legislation.The author thinks that the post evaluation of the ecological environment in Jiangxi Province must rely on the strength of the whole society and can not be divorced from the participation of the masses.At the same time,we should make comprehensive use of various assessment methods to form a scientific and complete evaluation report.This paper provides a lot of data support and discusses realistic problems in the research process,which will help the legislature and relevant research scholars.Finally,the establishment and improvement of the ecological environmental legislation evaluation system in Jiangxi Province is conducive to improv the quality of ecological environment legislation in Jiangxi Province,protecting the ecological environment of Jiangxi Province,and creating a beautiful China Jiangxi sample.
