With the increasingly stringent requirements of urban environmental protection in China,the production of traditional asphalt mixture is increasingly far away from the city.However,with the increasing of municipal scale,the demand for asphalt mixture is increasing in municipal road maintenance.Now the asphalt mixture of long-distance transport,has been difficult to effectively guarantee the quality of municipal road maintenance requirements of asphalt mixture.With the rapid growth of waste asphalt pavement materials produced in large and medium road repair works every year,the utilization rate of waste asphalt pavement materials in traditional asphalt mixture production is less than 30%.In the face of the limitation of traditional asphalt mixture production and the new requirements of urban municipal road maintenance,the construction of the urban asphalt recycling plant has gradually entered the view of people.Although China has made remarkable achievements in highway construction,there are still many problems in the construction of urban asphalt recycling plant,and in the aspect of asphalt mixing plant layout and there is no uniform standard,so when the layout of the urban asphalt recycling plant,though has great maneuverability,but the lack of feasibility reference standard.The concept of urban asphalt recycling plant construction is relatively new,but also the existence of big construction difficulty,although in the aspect of material transportation has brought great convenience,but how to avoid causing interference to other fields need to be carefully.First,this paper,based on the two goals of environmental protection,energy saving and asphalt mixture regeneration,the shortcomings of the traditional asphalt mixing station are improved and optimized.The new layout concept is put forward,and the concept of urban asphalt regenerating plant is introduced,and the value and necessity of its existence are expounded.Secondly,based on the in-depth understanding of current domestic and international research status and theoretical practice of facility layout and evaluation,the relevant theories are combed,the use of SLP method and relevant theory of layout planning of the regional division of the recovery plant,clear each functional area effect and the necessity of the operation of the actual production in the factory,combined with the actual situation of the project,we get the general layout plan of the recovery plant;analyze the production facilities of each functional area,form three different layout forms of "factory","environmental protection" and "automation",and finally determine the three layout plans adapted to the production operation and process flow of the regenerated factory.On the basis of the existing green factory evaluation index and the workshop layout evaluation index,the new concept and evaluation target are introduced,the more feasible environmental index is selected,and the environmental index system is established for the layout scheme of the urban asphalt recycling plant,and a mathematical model based on entropy weight TOPSIS was constructed,and the influence of different layout forms on environmental protection level was analyzed.Finally,the SLP layout research theory is applied to the layout design of Caijia's asphalt recycling plant with the case,based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method,the effects of the three different forms of "factory","environment-friendly" and "automation" on the level of environmental protection is analyzed,and feasibility and rationality of the layout scheme are verified,so as to provide some reference and reference for the followup study of the urban asphalt recycling plant.
