Abstract/Summary:
As the country and society pay more and more attention to environmental governance issues,people pay more and more attention to the concept of environmental protection and green development.Traditional heavy industry,chemical industry and other enterprises are very serious about environmental pollution,and the state and society pay a huge price for it.At the same time,the level of production logistics management water in such industries is directly related to the level of product cost,and also has a great impact cost,and also has a great impact on the economic benefits of enterprises,important factors.Therefore,the optimization of production logistics system will improve the overall production efficiency of enterprises.At present,the research on the optimization of production logistics focuses on the optimization of workshop layout,but the research literature on the optimization of production logistics layout and distribution under the actual production flexible manufacturing system is less.In the fact of the great demand of asphalt recycled mixture in the current market,on the basis of satisfying the reasonable layout planning of each workshop,this paper finds out the common problems in its internal production logistics.Select material distribution optimization as the breakthrough point,put forward lean production logistics layout and distribution optimization ideas.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of production logistics layout of asphalt mixture recycling plant,comparing various layout optimization methods,selecting system layout design SLP method,through analyzing the logistics correlation and non-logistics correlation between each functional area of the plant.We can get the comprehensive correlation between them,and make a preliminary layout optimization for the distribution optimization in the following chapters;Secondly,we should take “on time” and “continuous improvement” as the constraint.The optimization model with the shortest total distribution time as the objective function is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The material is delivered from the storage area to the production line the storage area to the production line with the shortest delivery time.Lastly,taking Xugong asphalt mixture recycling plant as a case,the SLP method is used to optimize the function area layout of the recycling plant.On the basis of reasonable layout,using the established storage area distribution optimization model and the Matlab solution tool,the optimization data are obtained.
