Coal is an important energy and raw material in the country.The traditional way of coal mining has caused a lot of land subsidence and destroyed the ecological environment of the mining area.Coal gangue paste filling mining methods to meet the requirements of green mining is an important way to solve the problem of China's coal mining derivative.In the traditional filling and mining process,the filling capacity is restricted by many factors,the packing efficiency is low,the plugging phenomenon occurs from time to time,seriously restricting the application of filling and mining technology,can not achieve full mining full filling,so paste filling control technology optimization And pipeline congestion prediction research,is of great significance.In this paper,the fuzzy PD controller is designed to deal with the mismatch between the paste preparation and the filling rate.The dynamic balance between the paste preparation and the filling volume is achieved by controlling the overall quality of each batch.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PD control overshoot is small and has been basically stable at t = 500 s,which can realize the dynamic balance between the paste filling amount and the matching amount.Aiming at the change of load pressure of filling pump in parallel operation,the pump efficiency is affected.In this paper,simulation model of multi-pump parallel system is set up by using AMESim software.Combined with field conditions,a time-delay control method based on iterative learning control is proposed.It shows that the wrong start can effectively improve the efficiency of multi-pump parallel transmission system.The pipeline plugging accident will cause the filling system to be paralyzed.Based on the gray prediction theory,the paper establishes a prediction model of pipeline plugging.The simulation results show that this method can monitor the pipeline pressure changes and effectively prevent the plugging accident.Finally,the above control and prediction methods are applied to the paste filling monitoring system,which realizes the optimization of the paste filling monitoring system.
