With the rapid development of economic construction of our country, the energy shortage isincreasingly prominent, coal as the important energy in our country, play a decisive role in theprocess of economic construction, So to improve coal mining rate is imperative and the coal fillingtechnology can help solve the problem. Paste filling mining is green production of coal, it not onlycan liberate a number of "three under" pressure of coal and improve coal mining rate, but also cansolve the pollution and destruction of environment of coal gangue. Filling slurry on the flowproperties and solidifying have higher performance requirements in the paste filling process, inorder to guarantee the characteristics of filling slurry, each subsystem needs concerted action toachieve higher, Therefore, the paste filling station material proportion subsystem, stirring system,pipeline pump subsystem centralized computer control.This paper analyzes the paste filling background, current situation of domestic and foreignand properties, introduces the basic structure and process flow of the paste filling station. Based onthe paste filling requirements of strong continuity and stable performance, using PLC and WINCCto design the control system and monitoring system. Aiming at the shortcomings of paste fillingstation pumping system low efficiency and high energy consumption, using least squares methodto curve fitting, in order to reduce energy consumption per unit of flow through the optimumcombination of two parallel pumps. Using BP neural network which can compensate themeasurement error of the weighing sensor, the nonlinear error and the precision of the weighingsystem both had got great improvements, so that it can achieve good filling effect.
