Paste filling mining can liberate "three under" pressure coal, increase the rate of coal mining, the green production of coal change the status quo of the treatment after pollution, promote the coal mine from extraction to the development of environmental governance process control technology. Although paste pipeline technology has solved the utilization of industrial solid wastes transportation bottlenecks, but paste belongs to the solid liquid two phase flow, the paste filling system of slurry pipeline pressure loss is hard to solve the problem, have no direct application of relevant experience formula..This paper puts forward a measurement method of pulp in the pipeline pressure loss, through the analysis of experimental data in actual engineering, and based on the double pump in parallel of paste pipeline resistance calculation model, and can be applied to the coal mine actual paste filling system, its main content is as follows:(1)Through to the filling pump structure, performance features, working principle is introduced. To paste the pumpability of the filling pulp, the slump of filling material and exudation rate experiments respectively from the purpose of experiment and the experimental steps of theoretical research, analyses the main factors influencing the hydraulic gradient.(2)Double pump parallel optimization model is established, using the numerical analysis method, the optimal method for curve fitting, using MATLAB simulation tools such as solving the optimal solution of the constraints. Based on double pump in parallel of the diameter of the pipeline, the parameters of the paste and the layout design and choice, and to analyze the reliability of pipeline.(3)Establish paste pipeline resistance calculation model and method of resistance calculation formula of a kind of error analysis is put forward..(4)In situations that could satisfy the requirement of filling amount, is expected to calculate the pipeline resistance paste filling, it is concluded that the influence degree of the key factors on the pressure loss, to reduce slurry in practical engineering conveniently, pressure in the pipeline for the paste filling system design provides the main adjustment method reduces the pipeline pressure loss.
