Research On Spatial-temporal Changes Of Eco-environment Quality In Hubei Province

The study refered "Evaluation technology of eco-environment condition",which was published by The State Environment Protection Administration of China,calculated the ecological index of every 250 meters grid,which was chosen as evaluation unit.The eco-environment quality of Hubei province in 2007 and 2016 was analyzed from the whole,county and key areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The eco-environment quality in Hubei province is generally good.The basic spatial pattern of eco-environment quality is largely decided by natural condition:the mountainous area in the west and southeast and the low hills in the northeast are better than other areas in Hubei.The eco-environment quality of plain area is mostly general and poor.The overall eco-environment quality and basic spatial pattern change little during 2007 to 2016.(2)The evaluation results are generally consistent compared the country level scale and the grid scale.The eco-environment quality of each county is between medium and superior.The areas where the eco-environment is medium are mostly in the central district.Most of the districts and counties with excellent eco-environment are located in the mountainous area of Hubei province.There is no obvious change in eco-environment quality in most counties from 2007 to 2016.(3)From 2007 to 2016,the environmental quality of eco-environment in Hubei province was 4.6492km2,accounting for 25.01%of the total area of the province,while the eco-environment quality improved to 84206 km2,accounting for 45.3%of the total area of the province.The counties(districts and cities)that are in good condition are mainly distributed in the low hilly area and the mountainous area of Hubei province.The counties(districts and cities)that show the variation trend are mainly distributed in the central plain area.There was no significant change in the ecological environment quality in most counties(districts and cities).(4)From 2007 to 2016,the overall ecological environment of Wuhan has deteriorated,and El values of all jurisdictions have decreased,with the most serious ecological environment in the main urban area.In 2016,only the eco-environment quality of Huangpi district and Jiangxia district was good,and the rest were average.The average El value of Exi ecological circle in 2007 was 70.59,which reached 71.12 in 2016.The overall ecological environment has become better.(5)The main influencing factors of eco-environment quality are natural factors and human factors.Natural factors determine the basic spatial pattern of eco-environment.The spatial distribution of ecological environment quality in Hubei province is greatly affected by topography.Human factors,population growth and urbanization process have a great impact on the ecological environment quality change in the province.
