Study On The Application Of Architectural Elements Of Fujian And Taiwan In Furniture Design

As people demand more and more living environment,furniture becomes an indispensable product of life.Furniture not only has practical function,but also relies on the pursuit of living standard of many people.The design of the "regional","local" set off a boom,but also makes the designers of regional,national,cultural,traditional produced great interest and research.How to bring the localized design into furniture;How to get rid of "bringing doctrine" and transform "manufacturing"power into "creating" power;How to enhance people’s protection and understanding of traditional regional culture;How to bring tradition into modern times and innovate,these problems are the main problems we are facing.With the changes of the times,diversified design is full of people’s lives,and the design with traditional cultural characteristics gradually disappears in people’s field of vision.Traditional culture is an indispensable part of today’s social culture.we should advocate the new understanding,research and inheritance of traditional culture,and integrate existing or lost culture with contemporary design.Architectural culture occupies a very important position in traditional culture,which witnessed the development of the times,the historical traces left over by time,and inherited the important signs of each period.This paper mainly studies the traditional elements of architecture,and refines the cultural elements of regional architecture through formal beauty rules.The relationship between furniture and architecture is inseparable,the change of architectural form also affects the change of furniture essence.So architectural elements become the origin of furniture design is logical.Architecture can be regarded as the transmission of cultural information.Fujian-Taiwan architecture studied in this paper,as a bridge of friendship between the two sides of the Taiwan strait,conveys the same message and is also the symbol of mutual communication between the two sides of the Taiwan strait.Fujian and Taiwan architecture has a strong religious color,affinity and cohesion at the same time,we should continue to inherit and innovate to keep this culture.This paper takes the traditional buildings in south Fujian and Taiwan as the research object.Through a large number of text data collection and field investigation of the actual situation of each region,finally summed up the research on this topic.Hope to refine Fujian and Taiwan traditional architectural elements to more specific and practical,through the analysis of the status quo of furniture,summed up the combination of regional history and culture and contemporary furniture design strategy.In the process of heritage of traditional culture,we should combine with it,design can improve our quality of life,interest,vision and other objects,so that our life is better.Therefore,I made a summary and analysis of Fujian and Taiwan architectural elements and furniture culture in China.This summary has the following innovation points:in the regional architecture with Fujian and Taiwan,the unique symbols in the furniture convey the unique humanization of Fujian and Taiwan architecture.This study roughly around Fujian and Taiwan regional architecture and derived from the guiding ideology,reference to the positioning and analysis of modern furniture,summed up the Fujian and Taiwan unique regional architecture and modern furniture integration of innovation.In the design part of the thesis,Fujian-Taiwan architecture is refined and brought into the plane,then transformed from plane to three-dimensional furniture,and created to form a finished product display.
