It Management Research Of Shanghai Tobacco Group Based On Enterprise Architecture Method

This paper achieves SHANGHAI TOBACCO GROUP's goal of being the best among tobacco industry based on the enterprise architecture Method.Informatization construction of SHANGHAI TOBACCO GROUP is used as the sample.The Enterprise Architecture Method(EAM),is the application of TOGAF in project management.Firstly,information status and key demands are defined through strategic evaluation.Secondly,Internet Plus is mixed into the optimization of logical architecture model and blueprints.Finally,SHANGHAI TOBACCO GROUP's information revolution projects are identified.This paper introduces architecture management method based on project management.In order to solve the problem of lacking top-level design,this paper focuses on the improvement of the overall management ability,so as to guarantee the achievement of the strategic objectives.
