The micro-pit structure plays an important role in improving the lubrication condition of the friction surface and reducing the damage of the friction pair,and has become a research hotspot in the field of tribology.In the existing micro-pit processing method,the electrochemical discharge processing accuracy is relatively high,which has attracted the attention of more and more researchers.This paper first analyzes the research status and processing mechanism of electrochemical machining.The high-speed camera is used to observe the formation of tool electrode rotating electrochemical discharge film and the processing of discharge in machining gap.It is found that the rotation of the tool electrode is conducive to the formation of gas curver around the surface of tool electrode.The formation of the film is also conducive to the stable development of electrical discharge machining.A tool electrode rotating electrochemical discharge machining micro-pit test platform was set up,and an electric processing lead device based on the principle of a rotary dynamic seal was designed and manufactured to ensure the reliability of electric machining when the tool electrode rotates at a high speed.A tool electrode rotating electrochemical discharge machining micro-pit test was performed.Select tool electrode speed,diameter,working fluid concentration,processing power pulse frequency,duty cycle as the main test parameters.It is found that when the tool electrode is rotated by electrochemical discharge machining,under certain conditions,the hole expansion ratio and electrochemical corrosion degree decrease with the increase of the rotation speed of the tool electrode and the diameter of the tool electrode;the smaller the working fluid concentration,the more the electrochemical discharge is,the greater the proportion of the entire process.Through optimization analysis of experimental processing parameters,when the tool electrode revolution is 9000rpm,the working fluid is running water,the power pulse frequency is 25kHz,and the duty cycle is 20%the processing effect is good.Finally,a series of micro-pits are processed for verification.
