| Stainless steel is one of the most widely used steel materials.It has good corrosion resistance and formability,and high toughness.It can be processed in high temperature environment.Good processing performance makes it widely used in industry,medical,aerospace and other fields.Among the existing methods of stainless steel processing,electrochemical discharge machining(ECDM)has attracted more and more attention because it can process more precise microstructures.In this paper,the technology of electrochemical discharge milling of stainless steel microgrooves is studied by using tool electrodes.The main work and results are as follows:(1)Firstly,the research status of electrochemical discharge machining at home and abroad is introduced,and the formation and discharge of gas film in the mechanism of electrochemical discharge machining are analyzed.Combining the theoretical knowledge and the actual observation results,it is concluded that the formation of gas film is related to the diameter of tool electrode,and the rotational speed of tool electrode is beneficial to the stability of discharge phenomenon.(2)The flow field of machining gap in electrochemical discharge milling process is simulated and analyzed.Different tool electrode diameters and rotational speeds are set up.The distribution of flow field in machining gap is analyzed.It is concluded that the increase of tool electrode diameter and rotational speed is beneficial to the generation of discharge phenomenon.(3)The experimental platform of electrochemical discharge milling(EDM)for stainless steel microgrooves was built.Pulse power supply and tap water were selected as processing power supply and working fluid for EDM for stainless steel microgrooves.The effects of tool electrode speed,diameter,feed speed and voltage pulse frequency processing parameters on the processing results were studied through experiments.(4)The comparison test of four sets of stainless steel micro-slot electrochemical discharge milling micro-grooves was carried out.By analyzing the results of the comparison test,it was found that when the processing parameters were selected,the tool electrode diameter was 0.6mm,the tool electrode speed was 12000 rpm,and the voltage pulse frequency was 25 kHz,the feed rate is 20μm / s,the processing results are better,and the micro-groove structure of different shapes is processed by this parameter.Figure[68] table[12] reference [50]... |
