In recent years,with the emergence of a large number of pneumoconiosis,occupation health to attach great importance to research,but more research is still focused on the supervision of law enforcement agencies and occupation health situation,occupation health status in a particular industry or certain types of business improvement of less.Therefore,for this purpose,combined with practical projects,this paper studies the current situation of occupational health management,the concentration and intensity of occupational hazard factors in workplace,and the simulation of xylene diffusion in paint room,and then puts forward suggestions for improvement according to the actual situation of enterprises.This suggestion is expected to provide help for non professional occupational health workers of this type of enterprise to further improve their occupational health status.The object of this study firstly selected a wooden door manufacturing enterprises,through the investigation on the scene found the occupation health management problems,occupation hazards and identify workplace presence or generated for occupation disease next risk factors provide the basis for field sampling;through field sampling,laboratory analysis of field intensity / concentration occupation the disease risk factors,and to provide the basis for the real painting xylene diffusion mode;based on the Fluent software under different wind speed spray booth diffusion simulation to obtain the optimal speed of xylene spraying room;through the investigation of the inspection found problems and simulation results combined with the actual situation of enterprises to improve operational suggestions for enterprises.The specific content of this paper is as follows:1.The survey and analysis are carried out on the basic account of occupational health,production technology and individual protective articles in selected enterprises.The results show that the enterprise has not declared the occupational hazards and harmful factors in the occupational health work and set special expenses for occupational health and record the purchase and distribution of personal protection as required,and so on.The existence or production of the following occupational hazards in the workplace: noise,power frequency electric field,benzene,toluene,xylene,toluene diisocyanate,MDI,formaldehyde and wood dust.2.The field sampling and laboratory analysis of occupational hazards in the workplace were analyzed in accordance with the standards.The results show that the 8h equivalent sound level strength of the job noise of the enterprise's fine and edge mining stations isbeyond the standard.The concentration of wood dust in the enterprise's fine posts is exceeding the standard.The concentration of formaldehyde in the enterprise sticker process is exceeding the standard.The concentration of xylene in the process of primer and topcoat is beyond the standard and the wind speed does not meet the requirements.3.The simulation method is used to simulate the diffusion of toxic and harmful substances,xylene,in different wind speed.The variation of the two-nail concentration distribution in the 1.5m height profile of the spray painting room was simulated and analyzed.The change of the concentration of dimethylbenzene at a certain point of respiration in the work of the employee was simulated and analyzed.The simulation analysis is carried out on the velocity field of wind speed in the spray paint room under different wind speeds.The results show that the optimum wind speed of the spray painting room is 0.4 m/s.
