Wooden doors are one of the important wood products in China's wood processing industry.In recent years,with China's urbanization and real estate industry's rapid development,the wooden industry from the traditional hand-made quickly transferred to large-scale industrial production.Now people's demand for wood products tend to be personalized,coupled with the fierce competition between industries,a single wooden products have been unable to meet the increasingly changing market demand.Therefore,in the wooden doors manufacturing enterprises,not only for the processing and manufacturing of wooden doors put forward higher requirements,but also on the wooden door transport handling brought a lot of difficulties.As the doors of different sizes,modeling rich and varied,and the weight is relatively heavy.The use of manpower to move the wooden door labor intensity is too high,the production efficiency is low,and in recent years labor cost is also rising rapidly.Therefore,this paper according to Hangzhou ICM Painting Equipment Co.Ltd wooden door sanding rotary line conditions,design a stacking machine to carry out the loading and unloading of the wooden doors in the sanding rotation line,to reduce the labor intensity,reduce labor costs and improve the production efficiency of wooden doors manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,the size and shape characteristics of the wooden door are studied and analyzed.Based on the characteristics and production requirements of the wooden door sand,the overall design scheme of the wooden door vacuum stacking machine is determined.According to the design requirements and technical parameters,the driving of various mechanical systems,the transmission scheme and the end implementation plan are compared and optimized.The structure design of the stacking machine is completed and the stacking machine is virtualized by SolidWorks modeling software modeling design.The key parts of the servo motor,linear guide and vacuum sucker are selected,and the strength of the beam is checked by the force analysis of the frame of the stacking machine.Then,the control system of the vacuum stacking machine of the wooden door was designed.The control system of the vacuum stacking machiner was analyzed and the PLC is selected.The 313C-2DP of Siemens PLCS7-300 series is used to control the control system.The design of the control system software flow chart,shows the vacuum stacking machine work sequence and process.Then the servo driver is selected according to the control requirements and the parameters of the servo motor.The electrical wiring of the servo drive is designed and the relevant parameters of the servo control system are set by Enginner software.Finally,according to the work of the vacuum stacking machine and control requirements to design a human-computer interaction with the touch screen as the host computer,the control system settings and monitoring.
