Reduction Or Not

Environmental cost of China's economic development has a growing impact on people's quality of life.Especially in recent years,with process of urbanization in China,relocation of factories,transfer of municipal waste and excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers have made rural environment worse and worse.According to relevant data,more than 300 million rural residents can not drink clean water,the reason is that more than 60% of rural residents drinking water is not up to standard because of unnatural factors.Obviously,this is contrary to China's sustainable development policy,and it is precisely so.The state vigorously advocated construction of "beautiful villages",and in 13 rd Five-Year Plan,it explicitly proposed to realize "one increase,two reduction and three basic" by 2020.In response to national policies,more and more scholars are devoted to study of rural governance.Although country strongly advocates realization of "two reduction and one increase" in agriculture,use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides by farmers has not been significantly reduced.In many places,soil problems remain serious and even threaten agricultural yields.Vegetable as main planting variety in China,vegetable growers will really respond to national policy to achieve "two reduction and one increase" ? What factors will prevent farmers from implementing "two reduction" policy?Through integration of relevant domestic literature,in combination with specific conditions of China,the author jumped out of current domestic scholars on energy conservation,green consumption and other research on environmental protection,uses environmental protection related theory,takes farmers as research object to explore implementation of "two reduction and one increase" policy in reality.Materialistic values and objective problems-Kurtz curve hypothesis of subjective value,environmental protection consciousness,theory of environmental protection behavior value,theory of value-belief-norm and so on,are taken as basis,this paper analyzes reasons for formation of contradictory attitudes in process of implementing "two reduction and one increase" and its mechanism of action on farmers' environmental protection behavior starting from individual characteristics and environmental protection consciousness of farmers.The study was conducted in form of questionnaire,carried out surveys of vegetable growers in Wuhan,Yichang,Shanghai,Hebei,Lanzhou,Shouguang and other places,collecting 295 questionnaires using SPSS and AMOS software for statistical analysis,the following conclusions were drawn.Firstly,this paper takes environmental awareness as the starting point of research,and analyzes the causes of farmers' contradictory attitudes and their effects on farmers' behaviors in the process of "double reduction" production.The research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey.Six places including wuhan,yichang,Shanghai,hebei,lanzhou and shouguang were selected as the research sites.In the end,the collected 295 data were statistically analyzed using AMOS and SPSS software,and the following conclusions were drawn.The second is intermediary effect of contradictory attitude,which is manifested in intermediary effect between self-interest value and environmental protection behavior,but there is no intermediary effect between ecological values and environmental protection behavior.This is mainly because contradictory attitude of farmers towards policy of "two reduction" is actually a contradiction between policy and interests.If "two reductions" are realized,it will be very difficult to achieve increased production and increase efficiency.Therefore,intermediary role of contradictory attitude is mainly reflected between self-interest values and environmental protection behavior.The third is regulating effect of market price prediction and group identification on environmental protection behavior,which is embodied in relationship between market value prediction and group identity positive regulation ecological circle value environmental protection behavior,but relationship between negative self-interest values and environmental protection behavior.According to above conclusions,in process of implementing policy of "two reduction ",we should take into account both individual cognition and policy propaganda,reduce one-sided cognition and contradictory attitude of farmers,and only take a two-pronged approach to get twice result with half effort.
