Recently,due to the continuous advancement of China’s civilization construction,people’s demand for a better life is also higher and higher.Tourism can meet people’s entertainment needs and is a part of people’s life.The increase in the number of tourism subjects and the promotion of tourism demand promote the vigorous development of tourism industry,which has become a key industry affecting the development of national economy.However,with the prosperity of tourism industry,the behavior of tourism subject has caused great pressure and load on the ecological environment of tourism destination.In view of the environmental problems caused by tourism,China’s 13 th five-year plan emphasizes the importance of tourism,promote the development of eco-tourism,put the concept of green development through every link of the development of tourism industry,and form the scene of harmonious development between man and nature.Therefore,to realize the healthy and long-term prosperity of tourism industry is the focus of researchers.As the core element of tourism industry,the research on tourists’ environmental behavior is the focus of scholars.Based on the revised value-belief-norm theory,knowledge attitude behavior theory and situation theory,this paper discusses the formation mechanism of tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior from the perspectives of tourists’ individual factors and external situation factors.Through the experimental analysis,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)Environmental values have a positive impact on the three dimensions of environmental ethics;The three dimensions of environmental ethics have a positive impact on environmental attitude;Environmental attitude has a positive impact on tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior.Environmental values,environmental ethics and environmental attitudes form the influence path of tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior in the form of chain intermediary.Among them,the three dimensions of environmental ethics play a mediating role in the path of the impact of environmental values on environmental attitudes.To sum up,the emotional factors of tourists play an important role in the formation of tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior,and the emotional factors achieve this effect through a certain intermediary chain relationship.(2)The influence path of environmental knowledge on tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior is in the form of intermediary long chain.Environmental knowledge directly and positively affects the three dimensions of environmental ethics,and environmental knowledge indirectly affects environmental attitude through the mediation of the three dimensions of environmental ethics.The richer the environmental knowledge of tourists,the more emotional connection between them and the environment can be generated.They can connect their own behavior with environmental problems or environmental phenomena,reflect on their own behavior,and then stimulate positive environmental behavior to match their cognitive and emotional state,so as to promote the sustainable development of the scenic environment.(3)External situational factors include physical environment and social environment.Physical environment includes environmental quality and environmental explanation.Social environment is mainly explained by group norms.Among the external situational factors,the two dimensions of physical environment play a positive regulatory role in the impact path of environmental attitude on tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior,while the regulatory role of social environment,that is,group norms,in the impact path of environmental ethics on environmental attitude is not tenable.In summary,the objective physical factors of tourism destination play an important regulatory role in the formation of tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior.The higher the level of environmental quality and environmental interpretation,the easier tourists are to transform positive environmental attitude into beneficial environmental behavior;However,the influence path of social subjective factors group norms on tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior needs to be further explored.One side,this paper is a supplement to the relevant literature on tourists’ environmental behavior,widens the research scope of tourists’ environmental behavior,and makes a more indepth and comprehensive excavation and analysis of the formation path of tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior combined with the internal and external factors.Another side,it guides and cultivates tourists’ environmental responsibility behavior by the government and scenic spots,at the same time,learn more about the tourist destination.The exhibition supplies manager enlightenment for promoting the construction of ecological civilization in tourism industry.
