Belt conveyor with large capacity,long transport distance,continuous transport and other characteristics are widely used in coal and other fields,but the conveyor belt tends to deviation,the friction between the idler roller and the conveyor belt will make the conveyor belt worn seriously,And easy to overheat the conveyor belt,the formation of fire and explosion hazards.Therefore,the use of roller-free support structure is the key to solve these problems.Permanent Magnetically Suspended Belt Conveyor is a new type of low resistance non-roll belt conveyor with great development potential that appears in recent years.To achieve the stable operation of permanent magnetic levitation belt conveyor,the core issue is to ensure the balance and stability of the magnetic belt-permanent magnetic levitation support system.In this paper,the stability of the suspension support system of permanent magnetic belt conveyor was taken as the research object.Three calculation methods of the permanent magnet space magnetic field were introduced.Based on the previous studies,a three-dimensional model of permanent magnetism suspension support system was established,and the formulas of levitation force and lateral force of the permanent magnetism suspension support system in three conditions of normal operation,deviation and roll are deduced.The magnetic force in each direction of the magnetic tape was calculated by the FEM finite element analysis method,compared with the deduced formula,and the formula was amended.Contrast the flat type,groove type and V type three kinds of conveyor belts suffered lateral force,to find a better stability of the band type.By comparing the forces under different arrangement forms of the permanent magnet below,the scheme with better stability was obtained.On this basis,three anti-run measures to prevent run-away,increase the tension and automatically adjust the deviation are put forward.The longitudinal vibration model of suspension support system was established and the model was simulated.Several stability measures to prevent overloading of the system were put forward.The case study of suspension support system was made and the improved scheme was obtained.By studying the stability of suspension support system of permanent magnet suspension belt conveyor,a prototype was designed and built to meet the needs of this topic after deviation.
