Belt conveyor as an important material transport equipment,has a long continuous transportation,reliable operation and easy to realize automation,etc.Besides the advantages of general belt conveyors,PTFE conveyor can also adapt to various special working environments and are widely used in food and drug processing and production.Because the PTFE conveyor belt often running deviation due to the drum installation error and cone error of the drum,it has bad effects such as the conveyor belt service life is reduced,the conveyor belt falls off from the conveyor,and the conveyor parts or global spraying.in this paper,through theoretical analysis,finite element simulation analysis and experimental analysis method to carry out the PTFE conveyor belt running deviation mechanism research.Stress analysis was carried out on the conveyor belt,conveyor belt structure defects and joint will produce conveyor belt,uneven distribution of tensile stress in the cross section of the conveyor belt running deviation caused additional bending moment to.Considering the driving roller,driven roller installation error and taper error,the influence of the mechanics analysis was carried out on the roller and the conveyer belt,the installation error and taper error of conveyor belt transverse tensile stress distribution and the influence law of running wide direction.Considering the installation error and cone error of the drum,the transient dynamics module of ANSYS Workbench was used to establish the finite element model of the conveyor belt system,analyze the contact state and motion state of the conveyor belt,obtain the change rule of the contact stress between the conveyor belt and the drum under the installation error and cone error of the drum,discover the influence rule of the tangential component of the contact stress on the movement rule of the conveyor belt,and point out that the tangential component of the contact stress can restrain the deviation of the conveyor belt.Single factor method is used to analyze the influence of parameters such as the inclination angle of active drum,the inclination angle of driven drum and the friction coefficient between the conveyor belt and the drum on the deviation of the conveyor belt.It is pointed out that the deviation of the conveyor belt increases with the increase of the inclination angle of active drum and driven drum,while the deviation of the conveyor belt decreases with the increase of the friction coefficient.By using orthogonal test method,the significance of the inclination Angle of the active drum,the inclination Angle of the driven drum and the friction coefficient on the deviation amount of the conveyor belt is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the friction coefficient has a greater significance on the deviation amount of the conveyor belt.A test platform for the off-tracking displacement of PTFE conveyor belt was set up,and based on XTDIC system,the running state of the conveyor belt when the velocity v=0.0188m/s is tested.By analyzing the running track of the conveyor belt,the influence law of the belt running deviation increasing with the increasing inclination Angle of the driven drum is obtained.
