With the rapid advancement and development of modern industrial technology,the belt conveyor have gradually replaced traditional box and vehicle transportation methods,becoming the first choice for bulk material conveying tools.However,the various fault problems that have followed have also been emerged.Among them,belt deviation is the most common.In order to solve the problem of the widespread deviation of the belt during the operation process,this project relies on the enterprise commissioned project “Automatic Correction Technology for Mining Conveyor under Extreme Weather Conditions(TBEA-TCNY-KJ-NK-006)”,and taking conveyor belt as the research object,mainly carrying out the following research work:Firstly,the section tension distribution characteristics of the belt cross roller are studied based on D'alembell's principle,and the lateral motion load of rubber belt and the external centering load during operation are systematically analyzed.Based on the beam vibration model,the lateral dynamics equation of belt is established,and the main parameters affecting the lateral motion of belt is obtained by modal analysis,and the correctness of the modal analysis is verified by simulation analysis.The key influencing factors and distribution characteristics of the lateral motion of the belt are obtained by testing the deviation of the belt of 102 conveyor line in South Open-pit Mine under different working conditions.Secondly,according to the on-site operating conditions and requirements,a set of belt deviation treatment device suitable for 102 conveyor line is designed,and a hydraulic piston rod based on fuzzy inference system adjusting displacement control method is proposed,which is verified by the simulation analysis can quickly and accurately track adjusting the displacement of the preset value,and realized the adaptive control of the device deflection.With the help of relevant software,the comprehensive performance analysis of the belt deviation treatment device in the bearing section proves that the device can effectively control the lateral motion of the belt.In addition,the actual operation of 102 conveying line in South Open-pit Mine is simulated,and the field installation and layout of the bearing section,the return section and the driving station of the belt deviation treatment device in designed in this study are illustrated,and the expected beneficial effects are summarized in detail.The above research work provides a theoretical and practical basis for solving the problem of belt deviation of the 102 conveyor line in South Open-pit Mine,effectively reducing the incidence of a series of production accidents caused by belt deviation,and achieving the safety and stability of the semi-continuous production and delivery system of the mine,also provides reference for the deviation control of the belt conveyor belt in the fields of port,chemicalindustry and metallurgy,and has good practical application value.The paper has 75 pictures,12 tables,and 75 references.
