The production measurement of oil well is the basis of oil field,dynamometer card measurement and conventional barrels of oil is used in Y oil field.The dynamometer card measurement will produce large errors in heavy oil well and high gas-liquid ratio oil well,conventional barrels of oil exist reading errors caused by human factors,barrels of oil still exist many problems of environmental protection and anti-theft oil.In order to improve the oil well metering accuracy meet oilfield digitization,automation management,the research of electrical parameters automatic production in pumping oil well is carried out,the achievements are summarized as the following:1.Using Hall sensor realizes automatic resolution of pumping unit crank to run to the top and bottom dead center,the relevant electrical parameters are collected,screening method using intensive data collection,the up and down stroke at different positions of the electrical parameter data are screened.2.By using the frequency conversion device to change the production parameters,the automatic production model of electric parameters is established.3.Through the improvement of inverter settings,so as to meet the pumping well automatic measuring production requirements,the braking unit and braking resistors are selected,active power converter is developed.Finally the automatic production device using the electric parameters is developed,which can achieve liquid producing capacity,real-time liquid level automatic measurement.4.Two wells were tested in the field,compared to tank volume oil producing results,the automatic measurement results error in about 15%,and this meet the needs of oilfield metering.
