Wool is an important material for the textile industry.The woollen fabric have the characteristics of smooth touch,rich bones,good elasticity,natural luster and strong warmth.And it is suitable for high grade autumn and winter clothing.However,for decades the style of woollen fabrics produced in the traditional way was the same,and lacks creativity and novelty.It is generally believed that woollen fabraic are simple and dull.This paper integrated the shrink-resist finishing,direct printing technology,discharge printing and chlorination modification technology in woollen fabric,or used a technology for different purposes,or arranged different technologies,and further developed specific process,studied the "differentiation key technology of dyeing and finishing" of woollen fabrics to solved common technical problems,backward self-innovation and dull products in woollen fabrics,and developed fashionable and personalized new products.The research of"differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing"has positive significance to innovate the dyeing and finishing technology of woollen fabric.The main work results and innovations of this paper were embodied in the following aspects:(1)The research and product of differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface stone washing style:studied resin selection and the effects of dosage and finishing parameters on the shrinkage of woollen fabric with stone washing.The woollen fabric surface stone washing style was optimized from dyeing and finishing process arrangement,stone washing process and equipment selection,etc.And the woollen fabric showed grizzled and old retro style in the end.Final,the differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface stonr washing style was developed and new woollen fabric was produced.(2)The research and product of differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface different colour and shrinkage style:this paper studied resin selection,printing paste formulation,dyeing property of resin finished and untreated woollen fabric,dyeing and finishing process arrangement,the differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface different colors was developed,and new woollen fabrics that had a appearance of interlaced suede and smooth and different colour was produced under the processions of printing resin to a part of woollen fabric,felting during washing,dyeing,etc.The resin local printing and felting process of woollen fabric was optimized by pattern design and studied the effects of no shrink-proof area and shrink-proof printing area on the woollen fabric shrinkage.Because the shrinkag of woollen fabric which was printed by resin was different,the woollen fabric had a appearance of folds and concave-convex.Final,the d differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface different shrinkage style was developed and new woollen fabric was produced.(3)The research and product of differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface fur top snow style:studied discharge agent,environment-friendly azo dyes selection and the uses of discharge agent,and made the processing of ruleless decolorization in the surface of the woollen fabrics which was dyed by environment-friendly azo dyes.The two sides of woollen fabric had different colour and the faint background color appeared in the surface of the woollen fabric.Final,the differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface fur top snow style was developed,and new woollen fabrics which had different colour at the root and tip of wool was produced.(4)The research and product of differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface gradients style:studied the effect of dyeing property of woollen fabric by modification of DCCA.First,the woollen fabric were damaged of varying degrees by DCCA,then piece dyeing,so the dyeing rate which from one side of weft side of the woollen fabric to the other was different.Final,the differentiation technology of dyeing and finishing for woollen fabric surface gradients style was developed,and new woollen fabrics which had gradient colour from one side of the woollen fabric to the other was produced.
